    Hello there ❤ i am really upgrading my lifestyle with your advises could you do few vidéos about how increase a lot testosterone level .which one come first sleeping early, right food, exercise, meditations.
    My second question could get deeper on how how important is testosterone not as sex hormones but as super health well being in general ❤thanks Doctor ❤

      Sami, hi! Great to hear that our channel helps you upgrade your lifestyle! Healthy people are usually happy people :)
      Regarding your questions on testosterone, generally, everything is heavily interconnected in the body, so all of these 4 focus areas are equally critical. If you need to focus on just one, I would suggest to focus on the weakest one, the weakest link.
      And so far I haven't seen a good explanation of how testosterone works. Andrew Huberman's video is probably the best one so far, but it's not comprehensive one. As soon as I could put together all pieces of the testosterone puzzle, the video will be out :)
