Hello there ❤ i am really upgrading my lifestyle with your advises could you do few vidéos about how increase a lot testosterone level .which one come first sleeping early, right food, exercise, meditations.

Regarding your questions on testosterone, generally, everything is heavily interconnected in the body, so all of these 4 focus areas are equally critical. If you need to focus on just one, I would suggest to focus on the weakest one, the weakest link.
And so far I haven't seen a good explanation of how testosterone works. Andrew Huberman's video is probably the best one so far, but it's not comprehensive one. As soon as I could put together all pieces of the testosterone puzzle, the video will be out :)
