I’d recommend Afterlife, Live at the LBC, it’s a generally lighter side of them, or critical acclaim live if you have already heard afterlife :) but critical acclaim is heavier for sure.
This song was written and arranged by the band’s late drummer, The Rev. If you’re interested in a tribute to him, “Save Me” is a masterpiece. It’s very long, but it’s my favorite song of all time, period, and I’m not even an A7X superfan.
“A little piece of heaven” is definitely not a good representation of the bands music, but it’s still such an achievement musically. Def check out more!

A7X held a a contest for the best music video and this won. And for one am glad it did I can't imagine this song with anything else this fits so well
This music video was originally done by a fan and the band loved it so much they bought it from them to use as the official video. (If I remember correctly)

I didn’t find its disrespecting women. Rather the opposite. I felt it sincerely portrayed the very real, disturbing, awful experiences women fall victim by rejected men, sociopaths, psychopaths, animals. It's really (Edger Allan)Poetic!

You probably got recommended this already, but check out Bat Country by A7X. ALPOH used to be my favorite song, not cause of the video, but the orchestrated aspects imo heightened the song.
