    Could you next time try to zoom out a bit ? This way we will be able to see the body movements when you throw punches. Looking at the good form is a good way to learn too, and I am sure it would help practicing the moves watching you throwing them.

    • @aaronjordan2074
      @aaronjordan2074 3 роки тому +1

      First ist possible that you stilles the wormh combinations or you stilles Thema wrong. You have to Drill Thema a Lot to and holt a besser Like Focus ...never be aggressive im the heavybag that Ruins your combinations too...a Tip dor you might be wir in one Punch for 4 rounds : (example lead Hook) First roukd you do a warm Up with light single lead hooks and Focus in technische and propper loadinh Up your hip l. Second round you build in Body and shovel hooks an Switch between light an heavy a single Double trippel...then Nest round you want to do the Same AS round 2 exept now you want to follow Up with 1-2 punches or a Slip/Duck. 4th round exactly the Same AS round three nur with punches to Set Up the lead Hook. At round 3 and 4 you need to hold your Focus to become much better...so emagine a oppoment with Arms an you hitting him 😉😉have fun knocking EM Out😂😜

    JT, I'm new to boxing. I have watched so many shadow boxing videos, and I'm not able to able to other one of the concepts. Would really appreciate if you can help me on this.
    In all the videos the boxers are throwing the hooks and straight punches the way you are throwing. But the technique of the hook to me seems like it's incorrect because you are throwing the hook at the chest level and the in some of the shadow boxing videos that I watched people aren't extending their punches completely.
    Could you please tell why is the case ?

    Did this exercise today after my cardio workout and man it kicked my butt. Since my left arm is way weaker than my right one I was experiencing some either complete fatigue on my shoulder or pain middle of the work out but not at first. Is that normal? Is it ok to work thru to pain or whatever it is? Great video by the way.

    • @teeoh9192

      I thought I was the ONLY one dealing with weak (left) side soreness/fatigue. As stated in your other post, it was about conditioning. I've also noticed that general coordination on NON-boxing stuff got better with my left side, too. Guess, "use it or lose it", is true.
