Update: Tuesday 5-3-2022 Morning low clouds afternoon hazy sun with a few clouds, reforming evening.
Air temp low 58, high 66
Wind starting side onshore SSE 5-7mph sunrise 6:02am turning S SW WSW peaking 10-13mph 4pm. Sunset 7:37pm.
Surf is down from yesterday 1 to 3 foot wave faces SSW and WNW. Still rideable but poor with wind chop and lack of size, max 3 1/2 sections.
Water 60 up slightly.
Low tide 5:46am 0.3, high tide 12:10pm 3.1, low tide 4:31pm 2.2, high tide 10:47pm 5.1
Weather slightly warmer expected tomorrow Wednesday.
Surf slight increase expected from SSW..
Update: Wednesday 5-4-2022 morning low clouds clearing hazy sun past 10:30am. Air temp low 57, high 69.
Wind SSE early 5 mph sunrise 6:03am turning S, SW, WSW peaking 11mph 5pm. Sunset 7:38pm.
Surf slight increase SSW, small WNW 2 to 4 foot wave faces, max 5 peak sections. Shape is fair with light to moderate onshore wind chop.
Water 60.5 up slightly.

combined with continued small WNW.
Update: Thursday 5-5-2022 morning low clouds , hazy sun after 11am. Air temp low 58, high 70.
Wind light variable SSW onshore early, sunrise 6:00am slowly increasing variable onshore leaning W, peaking 8-11mph 4pm. Sunset 7:39pm
Surf SSW slow increase, combined with small WNW 3 to 5 foot wave faces, some 6 later in day.
Shape is fair with longer swell period, although mushy from light wind surface chop.

Surf slow increase SSW 195-200 long period swell for tomorrow and next few days, maybe peaking Sunday? Expecting also NW wind swell to increase starting Saturday?..

Wind light onshore SSW early sunrise 5:59am. Slowly increasing WSW 8-10mph peaking 4pm. Sunset 7:39pm.
Surf SSW long period swell slowly increasing, combined with a little WNW medium period swell.
Set waves 4 to 6 foot faces max 6 1/2., not pumping but when they do come in some fair shape rides, mushy hampered from light onshore wind chop.
Water 60 degrees holding.
Not much tide change today.

Update: Saturday 5-7-2022 morning low clouds, hazy sun past noon, a few clouds reform evening.

Wind starting light onshore S 5mph sunrise 5:58am, turning SW to WSW late afternoon peaking 8-12mph 4pm.
Sunset 7:40pm.
Surf SSW long period swell combined with WNW medium period.
4 to 6 foot wave faces, occasional 7, to even sometimes 7 1/2.
Shape is hampered by onshore wind flow most of the day.
Takes awhile for larger sets to roll through. Mostly mushy from wind,but some thick fast shoulder peaks with not much current.

Expecting more surf Sunday possibly some more increase SSW, although still about the same weather and conditions, light onshore flow, night and morning low clouds..

Surf mostly W increase, and SSW down a little.
4to 6 foot faces, some peak sections 7 occasionally. Shape is very hampered by persistent moderate onshore wind, although still fair shape rides with the size, but mushy fast, not much current.

Surf overall hanging in there with combined swells. May even get one more slight increase again from SSW to fill in? South winds expected again also through Monday morning.,
