Interesting song, when I heard that first chord, it reminded me of the Paul Weller song, 'All the Pictures on the Wall' (which you did a great lesson on a while back!). The Wild Wood album was released a couple of years before Radiohead released The Bends. Weller was a big influence on a lot of the 1990s 'Britpop' groups (Oasis, Blur, Ocean Colour Scene, The Verve etc), maybe Thom Yorke was listening to him too. And thanks for demonstrating the Octave solo, it sounds great. Cheers Dave!

That chord is used in Melissa by Allman Brothers, Make It With You by Bread and Sister Golden Hair by America just to name a few.
