I love the commentary from Jay. Jay is an amazing guy and is a good friend of Ronnie’s. Ronnie was a freak. He did things in the gym that no other could do. That’s what made him the greatest of all time.
You know what I think part of Ronnie’s success was? Outside of obviously having the genetics and body composition to be great, and the work ethic, he just seemed to really enjoy bodybuilding. Like, I don’t think he ever really saw it as a job or something to get through and go home. When you enjoy what you’re doing you get better results.

And he’s even talked about the importance of using moderate weight to get a pump and only using as much weight as you can without struggling in one of his videos. Lol
Ronnie the freaking goat. Obviously to reach that level you need great genetics. But I love how Ronnie’s character shine so bright - just an insanely hard worker - dude stayed a cop as Mr. Olympia “because I love it”. Life long hard worker with the accomplishments that show it
Just to reply to my own post lol. Shout out to Lee Haney - 2nd in line as goat for legacy - another strong character man. Bodybuilding is such a sport of discipline
Ronnie é uma lenda do esporte! Merece ser eternizado! 👏👏👏👏
The King!
Exactly what I needed!!!
The best of the beat
I watched this before I went to bed and woke up with my legs being sore as hell
He is the reason why I train legs. Light weight baby
A king passes all test and endures all trials Ronnie did that he inspired millions even me his dedication and determination was unmatched. He was in a era of all the elite genetic gods too like flex, and jay and they couldn’t touch him. I’m glad to have grew up witnessing such a great man god bless you Ronnie you deserve these flowers
