    Afternoon 1.00PM Rawfood salad, & brown rice/ millets with curry..
    .or raw veg salad , sprouts, soaked peanuts, chana, pachchi kobbari konchem, one type of fruit for 100% Rawfood eaters
    6.30pm All nuts ,seeds,& fruits....
    Upto 1.00 pm only on water.... excellent technique...
