Does that mean a 12 year old can be sentenced to 10 years in prison ? And if so , what's the point in making any kind of distinction between juveniles and adults .
Exactly not trying to defend the guy but had they arrested him at 12 he probably wouldn't have been charged. That's the strangest case I've ever heard.
He already had felony convictions for theft and murder. The question is why that itself didn't raise some intervention to see wtf was happening with this kid
The sound track in the background is 🔥
Great vid as usual Mr CL!

sounds like he stayed awake for like 3 days
Great video! One quick pronunciation correction, though; Naperville, Illinois, is pronounced "Nay-Per-Vill," not "Nap-Er-Vill."
If Henry Lee Lucas is involved can we just ignore him and his bullshit?
Really blasted his dad bout his wallet 😂
Great job as usual CL!!❤️
Excellence. Happy happy father's day all the men! Blessings to you and your families
And hey, wasn't his "dad's" wallet, his wallet a few videos again for another Ridge ad? Hmmm, no wonder it's so beat up--they share a wallet!

@@WhyteFoxx Your music is awful.
Thank you for posting this. I love hearing about cold cases that are eventually solved! DNA technology, gotta love it! Just FYI, your pronunciation of Naperville is incorrect. Nape has a long a, as in the nape of your neck. I’m from a suburb of Chicago & it took me a few seconds to figure out what suburb you were referring to in this video. Everything else was great though, thank you much!
