I am having Lisa's charge elemental attack PTSD from the heavy attack.
I was a Lisa main and I got interupted/beaten up before the charge was finished many times because it took certain amount of time to charge.

You can switch characters while she's doing her charged attack like that. This is the same for a lot of characters with long skill animations.
