They should just extend the printer and skip the lid as on the K2 now. Put the filament sensor inside like on the K1 or better, in the printerhead like on bambi printers so you don’t waste filament when empty the spool. ^^
Hello Kevin. I noticed an AI LIDAR sensor next to the nozzle housing on the K1c video at the 2:52 timeline. Did yours come with that already or is that an option? Thanks.
I believe your top cover issue may not be a "con" issue, concerning a review of the product. The reason being that it is possible that is the case for not many K1Cs. Idk but I can get my K1C to sit flat, with all magnets touching (lid securely closed), and it does not rattle at all while printing. So for me, It would not be that I can say it is a dislike for the printer, because the lid is made to sit flush and magnets hold it down. Maybe your lid came defective or something. I will say, that I prefer the filament holder in the back, but equally happy for the side mount option that it has. This I can not consider to be a con, just as I couldnt if it came with the filament mount on the side, with rear mounting as an option. Love You All! As always, this is imo. God first!!! God bless!!! Great vid. Agree with all stated. I have ten years of using customer grade 3D printers. This is the nobrainerest easiest to use and produce immaculate parts.
The k1 is a solid printer and will print anything you have 300c hotend, speed, and the magic of klipper i have the last version of the k1 put on it a old usb webcam root it and a steal nozzel ben printing for 3 months nice video!
I've been watching vids non stop for 3 days now to learn as much a s possible. This is the 1st video that actually shows models as well as gadgets/tools. I'm interested in printing out detailed models to paint. Maybe a vase lol.
Hi can you please dm me your base printer settings for all the filaments used in this video. Would love to create some base profiles on Creality Print that I can tinker per project basis!!! Great video love it

9:27 you are putting the lid on wrong, you really have to force each corner down lo lock over the 4 bolt heads, it's tight once you get it on.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm really liking it.
Putting the unboxing at the end of a review video is genius.

That'll be an expensive vase! 😄
Print the side mount filament holder that came loaded with the printer…
I did. It's in the video. I have a video coming out showing off some printed mods. Should be live soon. 😃
Did you ever finish this follow up? @3DPrintedProps
Hi, Are you using orcaslicer with your Creality K1C?
I've just started to switch over. It just.has more controls that I need such as paint on supports.
A bit misleading showing a clip of a K1 Max auto levelling since it has the AI Lidar which the K1C doesn't.

Creality Print and most of if not all of the other slicers already have profiles for each filament based on the printer used.
K2 soon
Yeah! Can't wait to play with that.
Thank you. 👍🏻
Than you for watching. :)
