I prefer the Master star piece special color version which i have. Grandista i also own with the piccolo cape. Both i like. Never seen this one before .
Crazy this is from the same set as that amazing Majin Vegeta and the LOP Goku. This is a rare one, I feel like no one really has this figure. Really hoping we get another SSJ2 Teen Gohan sometime soon
I’ve had this figure for a long time now. I got it for what I consider a pretty good deal. I do think it’s better than the Msp. I’m hoping one day though we get a new super Saiyan 2 teen Gohan with more vibrant colors perhaps updated coloring techniques.
Great video Mat! What do you think about resin statues? I’ve seen prices are much lower than used to be and nowadays you can find some at same prices as kuji pvc figures.
I have all three gohans, MSP Manga dimensions, Emoving Masterlise and Grandista with cape. When looking at them closely i actually rank them in that exact order because only thing grandista has over them is the cape but imo its not enough to offset the emoving multiple pieces to me and the awesome managa dimensions colors of battle damaged msp. I really like the concept of all the emoving figures so a lil biased.
The Grandista is still fire too because you can also change its hair! I think it has the best shading of the 3, the MSP has the best detail, and the Kuji has the best scale. Maybe one day we’ll get the perfect one
Paint, shading look great, that’s about the only good thing about it.. I don’t own this one so everything with a grain of salt but the sculpt doesn’t look good at all. They made him way too lean looking body type-wise both in size and proportion. The head, specifically the face on both ssj and ssj 2 look too small proportional to the body sculpt. The ssj one looks particularly god awful. The mouth lacks finesse and they lazily took the head sculpt and attached it to the same base neck sculpt which doesn’t translate to the angle the head is in. While solid works has its own issues, sculpt wise, I found that version to be truer to the source material overall.
@@MatchesPeaches i have to see it, but blood in majin vegeta isnt iconic ...with gohan ssj2 it is Blood in gohan ss2 in his forehead is something everybody remembers. With majin it isnt really
