Distractions - a real risk when performing intricate work. I never listen to talk radio , and I will stop working if anyone is talking nearby because of this risk. Too many mechanics hate their work and seek distractions, and it shows. Your experience with foreign mechanics is one that I have seen here as well - they take their job seriously and have a "can do" attitude which is increasingly rare. 👍
@@tkxmix Thank you! You remind me that I was right. I was never able to repairing car and blabbing at the same time. Years ago when I just started to repair my car, my wife's uncle always comes to garage to talking with me. And he can't realised why I stopped to working each time just he approached to garage. And he always says that I'm stupid like my father-in-law that I repair old car and not going to buy the new one. Or maybe he just showing out how he smart that he buy new car every five years 🤣.

Also parts may be hard to find and dont want it sitting around.
