With all the money the company claims its making..you would think they would supply better safety equipment and standards for the workers...
As the world develops, mineral mining companies increasingly have better welfare policies for workers as well as communities surrounding mining areas. But the number of companies with truly good policies is still not many.
They know they have a group of people who are uneducated and poor. There is no real safety regulations in this country. Get it done cheap.
