- The plaintiff dated the defendant and thinks she cheated on him. He says the defendant told him she was pregnant, and he gave her money to terminate the pregnancy. Then, she showed up with a new weave and said she wasn’t pregnant. He’s suing for his money back. The defendant argues she only started cheating because he cheated first. She’s countersuing because she claims he cut a hole into her mattress with a knife.
I like the way the young man handled this. Next step is to make sure he uses protection and doesn’t need to have women get a “procedure”

Both the plaintiff and the defendant really need to take this incident as a learning lesson and both need to mature as individuals. There are so many things that could've been done differently for the right reasons, but these are life lessons that needed to be learned.
