Why are the Tau in Bolter range? Why haven't stealth suits taken out the Earthshaker Armillary? Why aren't rail sniper taking out Space marines?

I dislike how much this mod fanboys over the marines to the point they’re inaccurate to the lore. Even standard Tau weapons take them down under sustained fire without too much trouble and the pathfinders with railrifles should be vaporizing their entire chest.

No, read official GW stuff like the Damocles crusade. Marines can ignore weapons like the pulse rifle. Railguns - yes, this weapon can kill the Astartes. But it's not a regular weapon. You know, I have so many examples when 20-100 marines destroyed whole armies of Tau. And I know something else - you don't know any examples where 500 Tau warriors killed 100 marines or something like this :D So, who's a fanboy?
@@IronGamingChannel on taros the marines lost over 80% of their company in less than 3 days against the Tau while on the defensive and fighting in close quarters urban combat. They had to pull out under cover of night with their few remaining soldiers and failed their mission.
In blades of damocles cato sicarius loses almost half his squad in an engagement with a squad or two of unsupported standard fire warriors.
In one of the codexes the Tau are able to halt an incursion into one of their underground facilities by chaos space marines using just upgraded pulse carbines and rifles. No battlesuits, heavy armor, etc. Just regular facility guards with pulse weapons stalemated a chaos warband invading their facility.
You’re the fanboy if you think the Tau dont routinely bring space marines down and their pulse weaponry (which is a weaker plasma weapon) isnt capable of killing marines. Plasma weapons have historically been the ultimate marine killer.

@@sturm9087 you do realize that nothing black library puts out should be taken as “true”canon right? There’s zero consistency between authors which leads to a tremendously jacked up power scaling system. It’s stated that a company of marines (so 100) can conquer an entire star system with ease while some novels have them dying by the dozen in relatively “standard” combat. Nothing in 40k makes sense, most “lore” does not stand up to even the most basic of logic (such as, how do 100 overgrown angsty teens conquer a planet of *billions* of people?) so don’t get your knickers in a twist because the most despised faction in 40k isn’t melting space marines in a few shots.
The ammount of glazing this guy has over the Marines is insane. Hahaha
