Hunter, I am in a medical weight loss program, my insurance pays bc I am obese I gained 2 lbs of muscle and lost 2 lbs of fat just by following ur workout (in one week) 💪 thanks!!
I recommend throwing in some shoulder stretches with a resistance band in the warm up to protect the shoulders for upper body days!! I feel more safe when I know I’ve warmed up my shoulders because I know I’ll be using them for almost all exercises
Of course, as well as other things! This is done after you do your short LISS and stretching. This is just the full workout like all my other training videos. Those 2-3 rounds in the beginning of the workout I just called "warm up" to make it easier for people to know how to treat the exercises and not go crazy with them. Actual warm ups should in reality be somewhat custom to each person/workout and addressing diff issues ea person may have before training which is why I don't show mine in most videos.😄💪

I do both! If you chest press weekly or it's something you really want to improve on I would suggest prioritizing the standard(bench) version and then using the floor version as an accessory or tool to help improve on the standard version by adding it into your training periodically💪
Not in this workout. Choose challenging weight for the reps given. It will naturally become more and more challenging each set bc of the amount of volume overall💪 Just make sure you choose the right weight for you!

Thank you for this workout! I go to a CrossFit box and we don't have machines. I was wondering what's a good alternative for workout (2a)? Also for (4b)? For (4a)is it ok if I do dumbbell rows?
Awesome!🔥 Okay.. instead of lat pull downs you can do a bent over reverse grip BB row or wide grip pull ups or standard chin ups for the reverse grip. Use a band for assistance if needed! 4b. you can supplement with any tricep isolated movement. Skull crushers, single arm tricep extensions bent over or standing, etc. for 4a did you mean 3a? If so, yes! you can do single arm dumbbells rows instead!

Noo , I did mean 4a, can I do dumbbell curls instead of using that machine to do the (cable curls, straight bar)? for 3a you did give an alternative in the video.
Not quite. Think about when you are doing them off a bench. On a bench you are bringing the dumbbells or bar all the way to your chest because you are able to move your arms past parallel to your body which gives you a full stretch in the muscle. On the floor you aren't able to do this because the floor is stopping you, therefore shortening your ROM.
