Is Pinus resinosa the only or best pine from which to get pollen, or will any pine do? Thanks for the vid...didn't know I could learn so much in such a short time (but you always amaze me!)

Very interesting & good to know since I'm in "The Piney Woods" of east Texas. We've got several varieties here, do all have the same uses?

This year all the pollen was pretty much done when we got to Virginia, lots of pine trees.
Last year I collected! One year it looked like smoke when the wind blew, just had to open your mouth😂

I studied this in books. And so I bought the tinctures and the powdered pollen. My voice did get deep and I felt aggressive sort'2'say. My question is though , for how long does your testosterone stay elevated? Because studies say to take it 2 to 3 times a day every day. Which in turn tells me that it may alleviate it significantly for an hour or two per serving. So u may find yourself taking more then you should.

The average old man needs 75grams a week for a testo boost.
1 gram of pine pollen contains .8 MICROgrams of testo.
    If 1 gram = 1,000,000 micrograms.
how many Kg's of pollen must one eat to reach average old man's weekly Dr. visit boost?
    hoping google search is wrong.
