Is Pinus resinosa the only or best pine from which to get pollen, or will any pine do? Thanks for the vid...didn't know I could learn so much in such a short time (but you always amaze me!)
This year all the pollen was pretty much done when we got to Virginia, lots of pine trees. Last year I collected! One year it looked like smoke when the wind blew, just had to open your mouth😂
I studied this in books. And so I bought the tinctures and the powdered pollen. My voice did get deep and I felt aggressive sort'2'say. My question is though , for how long does your testosterone stay elevated? Because studies say to take it 2 to 3 times a day every day. Which in turn tells me that it may alleviate it significantly for an hour or two per serving. So u may find yourself taking more then you should.
I wonder if palm tree pollen is any good ? I use to have a squirrel that would love to eat the pollen from my date palm , in spite of him being covered in bees . 🤔
Am I right to assume that if there was an allergy concern you would have mentioned it? I know in the early spring when the pine and tree pollen is turning my car yellow I definitely notice more of my environmental allergy symptoms
The average old man needs 75grams a week for a testo boost. 1 gram of pine pollen contains .8 MICROgrams of testo. If 1 gram = 1,000,000 micrograms. how many Kg's of pollen must one eat to reach average old man's weekly Dr. visit boost? hoping google search is wrong.
The video cut off while you were still talking. We have about 2 acres of pine, never knew I was so close to such natural medicine. I'm not sure what kind of pine it is though.

🌞 once again thank you for being a Teacher
Very interesting & good to know since I'm in "The Piney Woods" of east Texas. We've got several varieties here, do all have the same uses?
Me too! Howdy!
Thank you , going to harvest some , we need all the help we can get , awesome teaching
This is gold ✨

Thank you thank you thank you Dr Jones! God bless, I can’t wait to do my course in herbal medicine !!!
You are amazing informative doctor, thank you 🙏
He's a Veterinarian btw, not a medical doctor.
Sprinting is another way to boost your testosterone!
Chopping wood works better then that.
It raises cortisol though
Thanks for the great info, Doc__I always learn something worthwhile here! 🙏😇✨💫🌱🌿🌻🐝🌳🌎💖🙌😺
Thank you for this wonderful information
Does it need to be a red pine? If so, how do you tell the difference?
I take this daily

Hello Patrick. Hope the day is good. Womdering if my catcins are safe to dry and collect from if they got a bit of mold on them.
Does any pine work, or are there only certain trees we should harvest from?
How to take it ?
It's hard for me to figure out what species is what.
If you are taking this as a supplement, is it better in oil form or powder form?
Is this the same as Pine Bark…. .?? Can it proved the same as Pine Pollen…..
Will spruce pollen work also?

Plant allergies can be a problem with any plant. If you're allergic to pine pollen, I wouldn't use it medicinally.
Unless your allergic to it …..
Where can I buy pine pollen in Europe ?
You can check at herb shop near you
Would this help with prostrate issues?

yea take advice from ur local 120 year old cr4..c.k dealer
I wish I could get an American source instead of collecting it myself or ordering it out of China.
Pollen from China?? It will be fake !
Order Biogold from New Zealand
I think he says they sell it at their web site in the video.
Best video I've come across breaking this all down. I live in Ontario, Canada so I'm looking forward to harvesting my own. Thanks so much.
I’m also interested in whether or not the benefits are species specific
Can pine pollen increase testosterone in women if it’s low?
I have pinion pine and ponderosa can I use those also?
I believe Dr. Jones said in another video not to use Ponderosa because it’s not the same nor safe. Not 100% sure.
I was wrong about the Ponderosa being a problem. He mentioned ornamentals called pine which aren’t pines like Norwegian. It’s a video made a year ago.

Is the pollen limited to that species of pine you used as an example? We have 2-3 varieties on our property, but not sure if we have that one.
From what I have seen elsewhere it is not limited to one species, only the flavor and harvesting times are different.

So interesting..thanks for sharing. :-)
Unfortunately in New England, something has been increasingly spreading, killing many of our pine/evergreen trees.
I'm in Maine, we have plenty.
Might a tincture with vinegar base work instead of alcohol?
Great video! I love my pollen from Amplifier Supplements
🌻 Good to see you .. where the heck you been?? Love the new specs. Thanks for the info 😁 ❤
Really missed you at the Be Prepared Expo this year. Honestly can't remember a preparedness expo without you.
