omg pls do right klick and than shade smooth or auto smooth, its so weard to go to object up there every single time haha, but VERY VERY NICE JOB !!!!
what about an eraser? is there only draw over? i got the free layers addon and I need to be able to erase

So at 6:53 you place an extra loop cut to sharpen the shape, recently i found out you can actually press shift+e to alter the sharpness and it has been helping tremendously. Also doesn't leave extra vertices everywhere

I model cakes (mainly wedding & birthday) for a number of bakeries who specialize in high end customized cakes. I've always had trouble with texturing painting "meringue swirls" when the chef lightly burns the edges & it gives that mottled effect between the white of the meringue & the tan, brown & black. Thanks to this tutorial I now have a really good starting point to achieve the effect i'm going for.
