I definitely can NOT recommend this setup. The ear cushions can not fit back in when speakers are mounted, so no matter which one (I have rpha 91) the helmets gets brutally loud.
The device can only used by hjc app which didn't update since it's start (this is an security risk on your mobile) and even the firmware is not updating. 50b v 1.0 vs 50r v 3.4. The fault here is HJC not Sena.
So you buy a 400 Euro "software dead" device that doesn't fit properly on a 800 Euro helmet!

Hi I have the HJC rpha71, can someone confirm that you do not refit the ear cushions that are removed during installation of the speakers. I couldn't get them to fit on top the speakers so have left them off.

Hello HJC, please update fw for the following scenario: 2 Rider talking each other via MESH and if one of them receives a phone call the mesh is interrupted without any sign/beep/voice/information and the one who not received the phone call keeps telling telling telling the stories without knowing the other end is on a call and out of MESH conversation... So annoying ! Thank you

The SMART HJC 50B is compatible with the RPHA 31, RPHA 71, RPHA 91 & i71.

I've just bought a RPHA 71 but my husband's helmet is a different make. We have existing Bluetooth coms but I want the HJC 50B but is it compatible with other helmets or coms.
