Is The iPhone 16 Pro Now As Good As It Can Be?

From a 12 to a 16, that was a hefty jump in performance and specs... I have upgraded (finally) from the 12 pro to the new 16 pro iPhone. What are your initial thoughts on it? And, can you tell the difference between the front & rear facing camera on a UA-cam video?
