Cause they want these kinds of people out causing us grief as messed up as that may sound.
It's so that when the ones in charge get caught, there has been a precedent already set of leniency...!
Cause the law says it has a minimum and maximum. You should run for president and change the laws.
Because certain people with a lot of money don't want to spend life in prison. Just look at how long the epstein island list is. Not everyone on there is a diddler but that's too many pages of rich people visiting the sex island for "business".
Democrats think that it is cruel to punish them that harshly.

@@mykemac8068in our modern culture if you don't have a negative demeanor or indifference you look weak... I tried to explain to a 60 yo man if someone calls you nice especiallyyyyy a woman. Might as well call you a slur or the worst things in the book.
So essentially nice has become an insult and nice is just a synonym for being kind. It leads young men to be stoic robots because truly being kind is almost seen as bad. This is why guys like Andrew tate and the red killers are so popular. A young man tries to do what society programs them to do and it seen as negative so they fall into red pill mentality.

A father like that would have been wishing the state tried some shxt like that because he would have been getting a $200 million settlement at that rate.

The second story about that lil girl.. That happened just down the road from me. I spent every single summer at that park growing up and even still to this day. You get your typical drunk campers every year. But never anything remotely close to something like this tho!.. It’s kinda changed the whole atmosphere around the place since that happened. Used to be that the other campers who were close by, would often offer the people nearby to come over and get some grub and interact with each other. But I noticed that last year was a whole different type of vibe to the place.. People are way more stand-off ish now.. This piece of work hit the whole area with a very low blow unfortunately!… A sad situation all the way around!.
The Prison had a chance to settle for $25 Million, but chose to keep fighting it
Josh I live in buffalo. I remember this being on the news. The Erie county holding center has been under investigation for as long as I can remember! That place is fucking treacherous dozens have lost thier life there. Including my best friend Keith John who after suffering For months without his meds and being beat by cos hung himself from the bars😢 rip kj love you brother miss ya man!

I'm sorry for your loss...it's so rage-inducing to see innocent-until-proven-guilty people being essentially executed inside jail because of incompetent or evil jail staff. That COs can live with themselves after facilitating another human's death is horrifying.
All corrections staff need to be mandated to have body cameras at all times. Cameras in jails and prisons aren’t good enough, because the C.Os get around that by learning the ‘blind spots.’ C.Os get away with more than police on patrol do, because they can aren’t in view of the public.
CDC does this.
I live in this area and have been to this jail, they're supposed to wear body cam's since like 2020 something... The COs I mean...

That poor little girl that was kidnapped. I can’t even imagine what would go through a father’s mind in that situation. That would be one hell of a dilemma, wanting to retaliate but if you do you likely spend the rest of your life in prison and not being there for your child. I wouldn’t wish that pain on my worst enemy.
It is what it is. We all know every inmate is just a number and a dollar sign to the privatized, corporation owned prisons in this country. The POS CO's stomped him out so bad he shitted himself. Business as usual with no charges brought against his murderers.

It's every prison. Not just corporate. Nys. State owned prions, get around $45-50k a year per inmate.

From what I gathered, the guy was having mental issues. You think people with mental health issues deserve a jail cell? Or to be tied down and stomped out by CO's till they shit themselves?
I doubt you've ever been in lockup because id say about 50% of the people incarcerated suffer from underlying mental health issues and should be in psych wards and heavily medicated rather then being in lockup and a danger to guys who are there because they sold a little grass or being late on their child support.

I lived in upstate NY near where this guy kidnapped her. Reminds me of the case of Sarah Ann Woods who went missing near this area back in the early 90’s I was in the 105th MP unit out of Troy. We searched for Sarah for a long time. Prayers to the families.

When I was 12 years old here in Philly I was jumped by five grown men with baseball bats. I was left in a coma my skull was shattered half of my skull is now titanium. only the ringleader was caught he refused to dime out the other guys and he pled guilty to attempted murder and served a measly 1 ½years

I live in the mountains of West Virginia. When my boys were young they were not allowed to go into the woods without our German Shepherd. No one got near those boys when he was with them he was extremely good guard dog

from buffalo, been in the jail he died in, they havent fixed anything in that B, its had some of the most S^icides in the nation, its a terrible place and alot of the deputies are trash.

I just visited Maryland and everyone that I spoke to about this situation prison and jail situations they’re like watch lockdown 23&1 I’m like I have been for 5 years. They all knew who you were like people know to like Michael Jordan I’ve seen friends of mine in here like I’m talking three years ago like “Nems was here” lol I like holy shit. I know that guy. I had a friend of mine, Mike, who hung himself in jail here in Massachusetts and people did not believe that he did it people think that somebody might’ve done it and he wrote like a suicide note. I guess it wasn’t really in his writing so on, but yeah, his family ended up suing. I remember hearing that he told his family especially his dad that this is the last time you’re gonna hear from me they’re not putting me on the right medication, etc.. so long story short he ended up committing suicide so they say he was not treated right and I believe the first couple times he was in there he got assaulted if you know what I mean, and his family ended up, settling and they got a lot of money out of the situation it’s a tragedy. I grew up with this kid. He was live in the highlife and he was only 23 years old sad situation all around with these young kids man I’m 34 now so it’s our trip to look back on this shit

19 yr old who incarcerated at Wyoming County (NY) Jail found dead in his cell yesterday at 6pm.
I was in Longwood Hospital the night that happened…..there was like 50 cops in the hallway some of them were crying….crazy small world

Had a friend who's daughter at age 21 started hallucinating getting paranoid violent ended up in a psych unit even now times she doesn't recognize her parents. She was an A student in high school no issues sports normal lady just one day it started unknown reason.
It’s insane how someone thinks it’s a better idea to KILL a cop than to just get a dui charge… I know she was probably drunk and not thinking right but I’ve been messed up pretty good before and would never think like that. Only way it would ever be feasible is if they were running from the cops and knew they were going to jail for life for whatever they had already done then they really wouldn’t have anything to lose so i could see it but she would’ve literally been out the next morning for a dui and just had to pay a fine and higher insurance. Unless it wasn’t her first time but idk either way it wasn’t worth a life charge…

It is sad how our country treats the mentally ill. This represents the majority of the homeless since the government closed the institutions and threw them onto the streets. A huge number are in the prison system and guards are not trained to deal with them.

@@crawdadlando4053 I must agree. I know a dude that aged like 15/20 yrs in like a year and a half maybe 2 years of very regular use. Would go spend like 12 hrs at Walmart looking at everything. Went to jail for possession and got out but was on paper for a year. Went back to being the dude we all knew before. I was worried cuz the entire time he kept saying he couldn't wait to "be normal" again on May 1st. Well may 1st he was off paper. Kid u not the EARLY MORNING of May 2nd at like 230 am he came over and had been to Walmart (which he had not done since sober) cuz he was normal. Meth must be crazy good. Dude was clean like dang near 2 years and THE VERY DAY he was able he went right back to snorting.. or smoking.. the shit. Sry. Dang just wrote a freaking novel. My bad. Since I wrote it tho I'm not going to delete it. Lol

Good, I'm glad he got that money for what they did. I got locked up for a summer for someone else stealing my identity. They just happened to lose the information that showed I wasn't the criminal, I was the victim. Almost got 2 years for it. Till finally the a-hole detective resent the info to the circuit court showing it was not me. I was literally waiting to be sentenced at court when I was able to get ahold of the detective, told him the situation. He acted so agrivated I needed him to fax the information, like I was wasting his time. He said he had already sent it once they should have it. Like bro, your life isn't nothing to them.

@blink2665 we have remand centres here and prisons , different classifications but nevertheless you could be in prison on a drink driving charge and be in the same facility as a terrorist.. Australia has gotten weak on sentencing, hence why we have had 4 stabbings within a couple of weeks
