Thanks for this avocado recipe idea! Looks delicious! Sadly I am unable to enjoy and consume cucumbers so I'll be leaving them out. I love the flavor of cucumber but my stomach does not. I think I may be some kind mild allergic reaction with them. As my bodies immune system mistakenly identifying proteins in cucumbers as harmful poison and rejects them. 🤢
