Thanks for taking the time to film this. I have heard that a heat gun, or putting the unit in a stove at 200 degrees will soften up the adhesive.
I would have liked to see the headlight removal process as well.
Would be nice if you posted the link as to where you purchased the lenses

not so sure if you can do the stove here because the to much electronics in this headlight the heat gun won't work because at the time u all the way around the other side is cold again I believe. I did not remove those headlights the mechanic from my friends place did its used car place we just fix up cars and sell them. Will make a video about this as well all the way from the auction to ready to sell.

When removing the headlight assembly what size bolts are holding it in? Are they torx?

My buddy at the shop took them out the car was for sale at the used car place from him and I help him from time to time with some stuff ..... sorry I do not know but I am almost sure they are torx

There at two torx and the rest are Hex Washer.

the blades to cut the plastic lens or to remove the glue ? Blades on Dremel are metal like little saw blade need to be careful with them. The other blades are normal carpet knife blades. To get glue out of seam I did also use wood working tool just the right size.

heat it up with heat gun seal will soften and lens can be removed in one piece.

Did you try this on this particular headlight ? After you all the way around the other side is cold again. Also old stove trick won't work because electronics inside the headlight

Also this glue does not get soft much from the heat and if you go excessive you melt the whole housing that's why it is kind a pain
