Best guess as for what Barry actually did. I think that he was using the momentum from Kara and himself to steal the kinetic energy of the planet itself (like in the comics) and that is why it's so straining on them. Kara needs to go fast enough to just try to slow the Earth down via air drag, to make it easier for Barry, and Barry needs to steal the energy of the whole planet. Although Barry just running through time in a way to where he could pop up right next to Dr. Destiny where he arrived at the same time past Barry is about to time travel to do the same would've been the better move.

You can tell from them walking around with no lightning that they are not going at superspeed when using g flashtime. Barry did use superspeed while using Flashtime which you can see by the lightning and him moving faster to our eyes.

I would also like to add that the plan is even more silly than said here, because it's not just that slowing down the earth wouldn't slow down time, but also since Barry and Kara were going in opposite directions they'd probably cancel each other out. But more importantly, they had no actual plan for stopping the villain, they were just trying to buy time with no real idea of what they would use it for. I loved most of the crossover, but that part really ruined the experience

He is running at what I call 'the writers didn't take physics or high level math' speed. It's a complicated speed to track, but I'll try to make it a bit more simple, it took me 3 years of studying at the bullsh*t institute of bad math students. Basically, you take the idea of the speed you want, multipy it with good editing skills, add some creative writing and boom, you have your speed that doesn't make any sense and it completely bullshit.
Crisis on Infinite Earths will be the Flash Crisis because on Iris's article, it shows that everyone (The Atom, Green Arrow, the legends of Tomorrow, White Canary, Supergirl and most likely more) is there and it would make for an exciting conclusion to the crossover episodes, exciting enough to tease it at the end of Elseworlds.

i have a question so in the else worlds cross over first part there was a giant robot that were stealing meta data to have its own that included the flash vibe killer frost superman and supergirl right. but if killer frost wasnt affected by the meta dampining cicada dagger that means shes not a meta also explained in alot of episodes and supergirl and superman are aliens not metas they dont even have meta dna only radiation (explained on 3x18 of the flash) how could the robot take their powers if there not metas

99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999% was in the Season 4 episode where he has to outrun a nuke. He stays in a constant state of super-speed for about 40 Flash Minutes which is, IIRC, about 8 normal minutes, and all the while the nuke is in the process of exploding. He was basically about to pass out from the stress though and couldn't hold out much longer

Please do another video on this topic, because in your "Barry outruns a nuke calculated" video from season 4, it was clearly stated that Barry could run at mach 874, 030, and now he can run at mach 542, 716! That's 331,114 lower than it was in season 4! Please cover this in a video, as the only thing I could think of is that he got slower, however CW wouldn't do that to Barry, as he's always getting faster.

I would also like to add that the plan is even more silly than said here, because it's not just that slowing down the earth wouldn't slow down time, but also since Barry and Kara were going in opposite directions they'd probably cancel each other out. But more importantly, they had no actual plan for stopping the villain, they were just trying to buy time with no real idea of what they would use it for. I loved most of the crossover, but that part really ruined the experience

He is running at what I call 'the writers didn't take physics or high level math' speed. It's a complicated speed to track, but I'll try to make it a bit more simple, it took me 3 years of studying at the bullsh*t institute of bad math students. Basically, you take the idea of the speed you want, multipy it with good editing skills, add some creative writing and boom, you have your speed that doesn't make any sense and it completely bullshit.
