if you fixed the shortcut with 50 flower coins lower in deep magma bog then that pipe will lead you to the shortcut pipe.

I believe after completing world 3 (Shining Falls), you have access to worlds 4-6 through the Petal Isles. You can choose which order to unlock them in so long as you have enough wonder seeds
