37:38 If my various runs as Poland for all its achievements have taught me anything, its that if you are entering a scenario as the disadvantaged party in an air war, AA becomes a mandatory investment (at least in Singleplayer. I'm not weighing in on MP). It might not have the same soft attack as arty, but it does 3 things: 1. add piercing for a cheaper and less resource intensive investment than building AT, which after AA-2 is almost always enough for armor fielded by the AI. Even just support AA filled with AA-2 can give some much needed piercing to your divisons for a low investment, while simultaneously giving you some air attack. 2. Reduce the stat debuffs from enemy Air Superiority. If you know you're going to be under red air, mitigation of the speed and attack/defense penalties that incurs can go a really long way. 3. Shoots down CAS. It might not be many CAS each battle, but when the AI throws literally 10000 CAS at you, and you shoot down 5-10 per battle per day, that starts to seriously add up over time. Any CAS shot down is no longer bombing you, requires replacement, and costs the enemy manpower. And even if you still argue that the CAS shot down by AA is peanuts, the alternative is those planes not being downed at all and just continuing to bomb you. I fully get where you're coming from, where the vast majority of the challenge is an exercise in tedium (and as someone who's routinely had to play games past 1947 for some of the more annoying achievements, I really do understand how frustrating it is to have effectively won, but be stuck slogging through a campaign because you haven't ACTUALLY won yet), so let me instead phrase it as thus: as soon as you could have afforded the IC to build AA for your divisions, you should have done it, as it would have made your campaign easier and thus reduced tedium. I hope this advice helps for future scenarios such as this.
