Cult Never Dies have published multiple books relating to the Metal underground.
They have also licenced and released work by bands such as Necromantia, Beherit, Sigh, Moonspell, Rotting Christ, as well as Trivax.
They currently have an upcoming book soon to be published, titled "Black Metal: Evolution of the Cult"

Re: Gatekeeping - having been into BM since 1991 it's baffled me that in recent years there's such a hoo-ha about it.
