Your own journey where you came from to where you are now and where you are going is testament to your discipline, personality, mate. I'm from in New Zealand, my take away from this is to appreciate the freedom and make the most of this life. Tony is also a great guy, this was one of the best interviews I have ever heard.

Now this is a fantastic interview/conversation. Tony is a solid, down to earth individual for sure. Very well spoken with a winning mindset n attitude. Really appreciate his outlook across the board. Lots of correlations to resistance training and real life scenarios. I'm impressed at his background with training going as far back as picking up Arnold's Encyclopedia /watching Rocky films. Excellent all around.

Both this and the interview on Into The Necrosphere, which came out around the same time and are quite similar, are good. However, I am disappointed that both of you didn't challenge him on his repeated claims about having written the De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas album. He says he doesn’t want to interfere with guitar players when they’re composing because they know what they’re doing much better than him, yet he claims to have written their most popular album. It’s interesting how he hasn’t written anything since that reaches the same level. It’s too easy to take credit when the original creators are no longer around.
