The late 90s and early 00s trance nightclub scene was unparalleled
In total agreement there, used to blow my wages every friday night on the scene and loved every second of it. Just wish I was still fit enough for the dancing lol.
We used to have a club in Copenhagen that had trance only every wednesday from 10 pm to 4 am. My thursdays were a pain to get through at work :) Funny thing is, there were never any fights or brawls. People were happy and just wanted to dance the night away.

25 years ago next month I took my first trip to a rave club, got snuck in ended up finding out I am a amazing dancer to this music and still do it with the best at 43, won many dance off's back then. If you were a raver back in the day then you know what I am about to say is true, IT WAS THE GREATEST TIME EVER ON THIS PLANET, 25 years later I'm still dancing to this music to this day and listen to it. OH the memories, people don't get it 1997-2007 was the greatest decade ever. People were so loving and caring. TRANCE will live forever!!!!!!!!! I am almost in tears listening to this music.

Ferry Corsten played a tiny little venue (max 300 people or so) about 2 years ago in Manchester and played Gouryella and the 1998 Gouryella remix. It was one of the best nights of my life.

This is an absolutely wicked mix of what you class nowadays as classic trance, I remember when all these tunes where new! Iv got near all these tunes on vinyl and much more from this time period I.e 1998-2001 which I think was a true golden age of trance/vocal trance/ progressive trace area which will be hard to beat.. but really enjoyed hearing lot of theses classics again mixed very well 👍🏻👍🏻 thanks for the trip down memory lane 👌🏻😄👍🏻

Gave birth whilst listening to Delirium at the age of 35! Had it on repeat for 27h during labour. Got a healthy boy out of this trance extravaganza. He is 11 today. Hopefully by the time he will understand how fab trance is, we will be excited to attend a few gigs together. We listed to jazz everyday but trance is my super happy music. Nothing will ever compare. I’m so glad it’s my specIl secret.
