I’m from MA and when I first heard about this case I couldn’t believe it.
While the defense’s theories don’t make the most sense to me, the idea of her being trashed and backing into him and hitting him *just so* but not leaving any tracks in the yard, not hitting the flagpole or hydrant back there, somehow cracking her tail light on his body? None of that makes sense. The idea of a tail light cracking, much less shattering, in a pedestrian incident is just wild to me. Maybe I’m naive about motor vehicle accidents, but the prosecution’s theory - what I can deduce from what’s been presented, at least - is very hard to buy into. The way the whole Albert family was treated with kid gloves and not actually investigated seals it up as having so much reasonable doubt I don’t know how anyone could deliver a guilty verdict.
These people are lying so much I’m sure they’ve started to actually believe themselves. You have me so drawn in and vested this tea 🫖 can’t be poured fast enough for me.
They need you on that jury to make sure they see sense.

17:29, you know what I don't understand? These people destroying their phones is inconvenient, but wouldn't a warrant to their service provider be able to obtain these text messages and phone conversations they're trying to hide?
I’m not sure how that works if you destroy the actual SIM card in the phone but “allegedly” some of these not so flattering texts were uncovered by the fbi so maybe they have a way to retrieve that information. Also if they didn’t even search the house even if they could obtain it through phone providers I’m sure they would t have felt a need to.
The cell phone company just retains the metadata for texts, not the actual messages. You would need the physical phone to read the texts.
They use software to extract the texts usually from the phone, which is why in certain cases, folks phone are taken so they can dump them.

i was hooked first video! my conspiracy is that someone in that house did it, and their trying to cover it up, but also keep homegirl out of jail so they are being sloppy enough to keep her out but "thorough" enough to cover their tracks. now, if she is found innocent and ends up with the investigator guy who "didn't" snip his sim card in half...0h baby!

@Shanygne they are like 60 witnesses deep, it is bananas. The only things they prove was it was snowing, everyone drives drunk in Canton and it is unreasonable to not have doubt.

It doesn’t take that long to dry clothes. And they enter clothes into evidence and then put them into drying racks/cases separate from other cases. So no excuse for that unless that police department never heard of how to properly store evidence.

All I have to say is 1 coincidence is funny, 2 coincidences are novel, 3 coincidences are suspicious and once we get to 4 coincidences I smell conspiracy. This case has too many fortunate coincidences in favor of the Albert’s in my opinion and I’m not buying it😭

@@Shanygne Very true. Her smirks are off putting. I think, at this point, she's somewhat sure that she's going to get off because the investigative work was shotty, there's no true evidence of her doing anything wrong, and the FBI's investigation on the case supports the defense. From what has been stated so far FBI's expert says her hitting him would have more than a few pieces of tail light missing and that the state of his body aligns more so to a beating/mauling (animal bites) than him being hit by a car.
I believe Karen accidentally backed into him. I still have not heard from the defense why these police killed John. Why would the agent kill John for a piece of a$$!

I think enough reasonable doubt has been cast. One juror is all it takes for acquittal and based on what we're seeing I think they've got it.

The police did a lousy job investigating, but Karen is shady, too. Sadly, if she did hit him, she'll go free because of reasonablr doubt. Maybe the jury will be hung and someone other than these low life police can re-investigate the crime.
If Karen did hit this man I'd really like to see how this 6 foot 2 man got hit at 20 miles/hr with bites but no bruising???
