6:20 has anyone else noticed how frequently dead slides are happening in this game compared to previous MW titles? I feel like 10% of the slides I try just make me crouch in place like a geek

This isn't exclusive with the TAQ Evolvere, but caliber conversions in this game are so confusing. Sometimes they're separate guns (Like the Kastov 762 and Kastov 545), sometimes its an Aftermarket part (Like the one for the WSP 9 and MCW), sometimes its an Ammo attachment (Like the ISO Hemlock), and now it's a Magazine attachment. In this game there are 4 different ways caliber conversions can be equipped, with no reason or pattern behind which gun uses which method... Back in 2019, all the way through to Vanguard, it was the Magazine, and that was it. I know this has nothing to do with the video but it annoys me so much...
i thought both holger ar/lmg run the same, 556, imma check it now, u can test it too. run overkill put both holgers, and see if u start with double ammo stack, if u do means they share the same pool

You get a slightly faster reload time with 3 certain dual optics. Not sure if it stacks with mag holster. -DR582 Hybrid Sight -SZ Vortex-90 -Thermo-Optic X9
Keep in mind if you’re a zombies player, the 556 mag is actually better in zombies due to the magazine size since you’ll be fighting normal zombies 90% of the time, so 762 rounds won’t make a difference until you’re fighting a contract boss, aether worm mega abomination.
I just don’t get SHG way of balancing lmgs. The TTK way too high, especially when you consider that they are slow to handle, and some of them have the stupid bolt delay mechanic. Consider the TAQ Evolver: it’s supposed to fire a 7.62 round yet it has a mediocre ttk, and on top of that you have a bolt delay of 30-40 ms. It would definitely help if the headshot damage were to be increased such that a single headshot increases its ttk. Or remove the bolt delay altogether. I swear, the MCW and the Holger 556 can be better lmgs when you put extended mags. No bolt delay, faster handling and headshots do matter…
I honestly thought it was gonna do that by default, usually when you can lower the caliber on a gun it increases the fire rate and vice versa with higher calibers.
@OstrichSac1 don't be a weirdo man. Everyone is gonna play however they want. Yes, it's obviously true that hardcore is more of a lower skill playlist, but you don't gotta be toxic about it. Being good at this game is not important and if someone can't cut it in core but they prefer hardcore and that's where they can have fun, there's no problem with that. I'd bet that I'm way better than you at the game anyways because I focus more on improving instead of spreading toxicity.
I’ve been getting the occasional ADS glitch with this gun where it blocks my view completely when firing. Most of the time I’m on target so I still get the kill but I cannot see them at all 🤣. It doesn’t happen every match and usually just once or twice… so weird.

yes we all have it after s1 reloaded, only with mw3 lmgs, ace mentioned it as well in a previous video. extremely annoying coz im an lmg guy, run them alot in wz and ground war, i hope they get on top of it soon, everyday even if im not playing, i login just to check for update.

Real shit, this gun is wild. I built mine like the actual combat-spec FN EVOLYS with the incendiary rounds, with one custom build in 7.62, and one in 5.56
@@eobardthawn6903 incendiary bullets reduce range but they deal extra tics of damage (I think up to 9 damage per bullet, 3 damage per tic) but the problem is that for the tics of damage to kick in, the enemy needs to not be taking damage for a second. So it’s unlikely that in a normal gunfight that damage will play a part unless you miss enough bullets
Honestly I really dislike the open bolt delay, 64 ms is terrible, I get it’s an LMG and the devs wanted them to be used in specific ways but with most guns being able to kit out for absurd accuracy with large magazines, every thing but the close quarter SMGs/Shotguns seems to out perform them in every way in 6v6. Perhaps the devs intended them for Warzone specific? What am I missing?
For more accuracy and better handling is better to use vt-7 supressor, no barrel, Kimura ryn underbarrel, 50 round mag, the last rear grip that improves ads and handling and whatever optic, in my case I dont see pretty well so i used the sz holotherm, try it out and you'll notice the difference👍👍
I just tried building this out of curiosity and it has very noticeably worse handling as well as worse recoil compared to both of the 7.62 builds I shared.

It isn't an opinion, it is a matter of objective data. The build you suggested has an ADS time of 423ms, my 7.62 builds have ADS times of 369ms and 356ms respectively which are both very noticeably faster. As for recoil, all 3 of the recoil values in the advanced stats with both of my 7.62 builds are lower than the recoil stats of your build and this is confirmed with side by side recoil plot testing. If you prefer your build, that's totally fine and I always encourage people to play around with setups to suit them. I just wanted to point out that, in the 2 areas you mentioned (accuracy & handling), your build is statistically worse off than the builds I shared here. Your build is better when it comes to mobility and sprintout time though so if you're looking for extra mobility, I'm sure yours is solid!
I love sledgehammer, but I wish they'd pay more attention to detail. Look at the default 5.56 bullet belt. There's no bullets in the belt. Only if you equip an ammo type do they show.
It’s actually baffling how bad it is in warzone, has 26 base damage to the torso and 25 upper/20 lower torso with 5.56 with no real redeeming qualities. Huge let down compared to the HMR-9 which is great in MP and WZ.

What is the deal with the open bolt delays. I hate it. If I pull the trigger a bullet should come out, it makes you feel like you have input lag or network lag otherwise.
I wish if they made that you start by default with 5.56 and after levelling the lmg you unlock the 7.62 ammunition with better damage and 4 shot kill or something better and balanced
I wish it was handled more like the ISO Hemlocke (which is still bugged) wherein you only need to switch the calibers via the ammunition section rather then the entire magazine option allowing for use of base 5.56 tracer rounds
I wish you didn't have to waste an attachment to swap ammo types. Should've been as simple as toggling fire modes. Also, is it just me or do the ammo types not feel too different? Like I was hoping to get two different weapons, not just accurate gun and then slightly more accurate but inconsistent gun
Agreed. Without a fire rate difference, which I definitely expected, they feel way too similar, especially in warzone where we’re talking way more shots to kill overall. So 10 shots vs 11-12 shots does not really mean much, so it’s basically a waste of a slot to slightly improve your ability to laser beam full auto fire on targets at range, when you can kind of already do that with the 7.62. Im annoyed there is no higher capacity 7.62 mag/ drum too. People could say “but realism,” but thats out the window when people are tanking multiple shots from guns that would put you on the ground in one hit, even with armor, let alone taking multiple hits to the face, calibers that IRL have twice the kinetic energy of others having the same number of shots to kill in the game, etc. so. They could have given us that 200rd 7.62 attachment
i love the taq eradicator its so unique though, variable fire rate, fast ttk, accurate, just bad for modes like hard point where u hold the hill, lockdown a choked lane, and 3 ppl push u same time, u can't beam them all same time, fast ttk only apply to the first target.
Does anyone know how to complete the Priceless camos on this? How do you get DOUBLE KILLs with FULLY LOADED? I know for the Fully Loaded kills normally you would go to hardcore and get 1 shot kills with a full clip loaded, but how do you do double kills with that? Collaterals??

Hey ace, I got a question regarding the ZEHM35 COMPENSATED FLASH HIDER as its one of the newest muzzle in the game as it shortens radar ping but i don't know by how much it reduced by the radar ping while using this new muzzle ( It's pros of Firing Stability, 5% off horizontal recoil, and 15% Vertical recoil although having cons reducing aim down speed by 5.8% and bullet velocity by 5%)

This gun is capable of having the lowest recoil in the game, but it still sucks. Use the Sakin from MWII over every lmg in this game. They are are terrible except that one.
give the hcr56 a shot, the aug lmg, they buffed the handling speed, run a small mag, an optic, then stack other 3 for recoil, shud be decent. fastest long range ttk out of all full autos. 324 ms ttk out to an infinite range, entire torso and arms, just no leg shots. just hope they dont nerf it to the ground anytime soon coz this gun never received much love since mw2, not in wz either, now finally it has 1 job, hope they let some of us enjoy it for a while at least.
This gun is ok. For accuracy, its pretty good but it feels very generic for an LMG. The reload time for this gun is below average and thats even for the 50 round kit which was very strange, and the 556 rounds only give just a minor speed boosy for its default rates. Im just waiting for a Taq SMG now since we already have 5 variants of this gun already lolol
Easily the best LMG in the game, not because it's overpowered, but purely because the other LMGs are just so bad. It's feels great having a consistent LMG again
the gun is fun to use, but it just feels too weak in Warzone which is all I play. Its a great teamshot and suppressive fire gun, its laser accurate and can shoot forever without reloading. But you're not going to compete with the DMR's in any capacity, or even the more punchy LMG's
I dont understand why its so mamy ammo types to begin with and why they like to over complicate a system. I enjoyed the old cod system better with multiplayer and battle Royale

Lmg’s in this game are just absolutely insanely bad. In almost every cod lmg’s always had the fastest ttk’s but were kept in check due to mobility.

Is it an FOV glitch? If so, you have to switch your weapon FOV to default.

Its literally just realism for realisms sake, makes no sense for gameplay since CoD just flat out is not a milsim. Really poor game design imo

Have mine with 762 , spitfire , bipod grip and the corio 2.5. It’s epic. Even in warzone with full auto its beaming , even more so if it’s mounted
It sadly has one of the lowest ttks in Warzone for lmgs, it’s definitely accurate tho

Agreed. Without a fire rate difference, which I definitely expected, they feel way too similar, especially in warzone where we’re talking way more shots to kill overall. So 10 shots vs 11-12 shots does not really mean much, so it’s basically a waste of a slot to slightly improve your ability to laser beam full auto fire on targets at range, when you can kind of already do that with the 7.62. Im annoyed there is no higher capacity 7.62 mag/ drum too. People could say “but realism,” but thats out the window when people are tanking multiple shots from guns that would put you on the ground in one hit, even with armor, let alone taking multiple hits to the face, calibers that IRL have twice the kinetic energy of others having the same number of shots to kill in the game, etc. so. They could have given us that 200rd 7.62 attachment
Is the gold enigma camo challenge still bugged for this gun?
For the 4th challenge, don't have any attachments equipped. It will then track. I haven't heard of the golden enigma challenge being bugged

i love the taq eradicator its so unique though, variable fire rate, fast ttk, accurate, just bad for modes like hard point where u hold the hill, lockdown a choked lane, and 3 ppl push u same time, u can't beam them all same time, fast ttk only apply to the first target.
Does anyone know how to complete the Priceless camos on this? How do you get DOUBLE KILLs with FULLY LOADED?
I know for the Fully Loaded kills normally you would go to hardcore and get 1 shot kills with a full clip loaded, but how do you do double kills with that? Collaterals??
fully loaded just means with all 5 attachments. so load it up, and get double kills.

Hey ace, I got a question regarding the ZEHM35 COMPENSATED FLASH HIDER as its one of the newest muzzle in the game as it shortens radar ping but i don't know by how much it reduced by the radar ping while using this new muzzle ( It's pros of Firing Stability, 5% off horizontal recoil, and 15% Vertical recoil although having cons reducing aim down speed by 5.8% and bullet velocity by 5%)

I think for future gun guides you should add a war zone setup, ik it will be more work and I appreciate the vids nonetheless but I think it will be really helpful for a lot of players
I don’t play Warzone at all and the stats can be different there so I don’t feel comfortable sharing any setups or tips for that game
This gun is capable of having the lowest recoil in the game, but it still sucks. Use the Sakin from MWII over every lmg in this game. They are are terrible except that one.
give the hcr56 a shot, the aug lmg, they buffed the handling speed, run a small mag, an optic, then stack other 3 for recoil, shud be decent. fastest long range ttk out of all full autos. 324 ms ttk out to an infinite range, entire torso and arms, just no leg shots. just hope they dont nerf it to the ground anytime soon coz this gun never received much love since mw2, not in wz either, now finally it has 1 job, hope they let some of us enjoy it for a while at least.

This gun is ok. For accuracy, its pretty good but it feels very generic for an LMG. The reload time for this gun is below average and thats even for the 50 round kit which was very strange, and the 556 rounds only give just a minor speed boosy for its default rates.
Im just waiting for a Taq SMG now since we already have 5 variants of this gun already lolol

the gun is fun to use, but it just feels too weak in Warzone which is all I play. Its a great teamshot and suppressive fire gun, its laser accurate and can shoot forever without reloading. But you're not going to compete with the DMR's in any capacity, or even the more punchy LMG's
the balance in mp and wz is not the same across the board. dont watch ace if you want accurate info on how the guns are gonna preform in wz.
