I agree Jason, then you have to repair where you welded them. Here is a nugget. My next video will be doing the sheet metal repair on a 1936 Indian motorcycle sidecar for a friend. it’s a very challenging job, but it should make a good video. OK buddy have a good week.
🙋🏼♂️I’m close Dave, just 3553 miles according to Siri, if you could drop them off that would be great👍🏼😂. Looks great as always, what did you cut the tubing with?
Hello buddy, I have a small chop saw but I used a cutoff wheel on the grinder. Because it was easier and I couldn’t cut the drastic angle on the saw. I wish we were closer on the map. I’m hoping to find like minded people in my area. 👍🤓
Awesome, Dave!!
Thanks! You guys ROCK!
Nice job !!! 👍👍👍
Nicely done!
Enjoyed your video. These little cars are fun to work on. 🤓
That’s pretty handy. And I agree I hated welding my brace to my a and b pillars

Nice job. When you are done with the 72 beetle. You can sell those door way supports for good $$ at the swap meet.
👍 I was thinking of possibly making a couple pairs to take to a swap meet.
@@busterstravels1534 Give it try.
