Foreigner is a great British-American rock band who started in 1976. They had a lot of great hits such as "Feels Like The First Time", “Hot Blooded”, "Urgent", "Juke Box Hero", "Double Vision", "Blue Morning, Blue Day", "Dirty White Boy", "Head Games", "Break It Up", "That Was Yesterday", "Say You Will", "I Don't Want To Live Without You" etc.
BEST ALBUM OF THEIR TIME Every song was epic. Great post.
These are the songs I grew up with. We took them for granted, and watching you gives me some redemption . Love it!
Saw these guys in concert with Journey. Just my opinion, but for me, the studio cut is my favorite version of this song.

Love Foreigner!! I had went to a concert. This song came on and I called my sister. I could not hear her but Put the phone up so she can hear her favorite song from them. She called me a biotch for teasing her. lol.
I was 16 in Australia when this came out. His voice is amazing. This song was huge here too! I still love it.
This band was real big when I was in high school. Still love them today. When I here there songs it brings back good memories.
I wouldn't say Lou has the best rock voice ever but he's definitely in the conversation.

That piano sounds like ice, doesn’t it! I did some things I’m not too proud of when this album, and others of its time, came out. When the 70s ended I was exactly twice as old as I was when they started. In addition to the changes that happen to a young guy between ages 10 and 20, music and culture itself changed a hell of a lot - and changed again. Fun times. Wish you could have been there with us, Adogg!

That kind of concert full of stiffs happened to me, a friend got us Bob Seger tix and he started Hollywood Nights... I became a bit of whooo girl and jumped up dancing & singing along...everyone around me looked appalled. I was like wtf? This ain't the opera sweetie, liven up!😂

I'd suggest going with studio recordings or official videos, this is not a particularly good rendition of this great song.
You're going to have to come back to The Who. Try "Love, Reign O'er Me". You are really skipping over one of the greats of the 70s. They were around in the 60s and came into their own in the 70s into the 80s.
Studio version is much better
