- Today's episode of Zero to Hero is an especially short one - but for good reason! This particular trick is so useful that I thought it deserved its own video so that it can function as a standalone guide of sorts. Ascended amulets can be tricky to get - particularly if you're after a statline which isn't available from the Laurel vendor - but in this video I'll show you a handy trick that you can do to get them for an incredibly low price...

Bjora is the best map imo.
I wish these collection “quests” had their own UI section in the story panel.
To be slightly fair to Anet, the open world boneskinner was nerfed into the ground. I remember at launch people were organizing squads for it, building up the mastery power ups and even then sometimes you wouldn't be able to get the breakbar or have the dps to finish it. It was a legitimately tough fight!

Bjora Marches is my favourite map in the game. It just feels very comfy, like home.

I like about Mighty's Videos, that they are full of content I never saw in any other content creator Videos before. I am an "old player" from when the came come out, but was never really Stuck to the Game until Mighty started his "Zero to Hero" challenge. And now I also want to try more! oh dam, ive has a blood orange in my bags for ages and not sure what it was for. knew it was a quest somewhere but never got around to doing anything about it
Icebrood Saga does get a bad rep! Pre champions is probably my favorite era of the game
The voice acting on the bear sounds really similar to Ludwig in Bloodborne.
Yes GW2 quests/achievs are some of the best in the industry!

I really like this maps, the sad thing with IBS is the end of the story but the content they delivery is very good

¿Is this one worth getting just to salvage it?
Yes and no. The Salvaged Excellence which is where all the money is only has about a 0.01% drop rate (According to Fast Farming's research), so salvaging just one or two isn't going to be worth your while, but if you've got enough Eternal Ice saved up to buy them en masse to more or less ensure a jackpot salvage, then suddenly it becomes the most valuable thing you can do with your Eternal Ice.
Most folks, myself included, just turn it into season 4 currency for the Volatile Magic, cause it's significantly easier and doesn't rely on rng (despite lower profits overall).

You talk about wishing they highlighted collections more... Any other easily missed collections you recommend? Maybe do a compilation video with lots of little collections?

Look up farming winterberries, you’ll be swimming in ascended back, rings and 1 ascended trinket.

You can do the same for infinite earrings.

7:07 ... You thought it is a dog - might be because bears belong to the "caniformia" or 'dog like carnivores'.
Other species belonging to the same sub order are ofc dogs themselves, but also racoons.

the thing is that you don't really need this because you get the legendary amulet for free. I recently started and already had it in 4 weeks doing all the living world stories
Some people hear how long it takes though and go ugh not worth it. Others may also want to break the amulet to try and get the salvaged excellence (350-400 gold). I got one after I got the free legendary amulet and it was enough to boost my account for another couple legendary pieces of armor.
@@The-0ni yeh but you need to do those things anyway for skyscale and aurora and vision and your mastery points so it's a lot of overlap to get the amulet. its like they said 'free'. I wasnt actively chasing it. I am sure it can be done in a week if youre chasing the amulet. which isnt a lot of time. same as one legendary armor piece from pvp after you cap your season tickets that week
@@bolt6572 For vets like me they didn’t add those achievements till much later on. I already had my skyscale, precursor trinkets etc. but I’ll admit I did it because I always feel like I’m either low on gold or tier 6 mats and a fully built legendary sold me.
So yea you do have a point that new people working towards skyscale etc. definitely would find these achievements just part of the process already.
Edit: It was also rough having to go through all those living world chapters for the 2nd/3rd time but it made all the difference to do them on a different character then when I did it all the first couple times lol

Yes they are. This is how I dump large quantities of eternal ice shards, hoping to drop some rare salvaged excellences. (Note that you might lose money doing that in small quantities due to the I believe 5% drop chance, but in big quantities it nets a good profit.)

@@Vietcongster According the "FastFarming", Amulet on average give 1s36c pr. shard, and LW4 give 34c pr. shard. SO amulet is a lot better. But, that's on average and LW4 is very safe way
Another way is to just do the "return to" achievements and get the legendary, plus you will get lots of gold and other useful items and currency's as you do them
