  • A rare live performance of Dennis DeYoung's "Black Wall", performed June 2011 at the Pritzer Pavillion in Millennium Park, Chicago. The event was a celebration and tribute to the Veterans of the Vietnam war.

    One of my all time favorite songs from Dennis, it's just an awesome song. My dad was in Vietnam, and witnessed alot of his friends die over there, he was shot while there also. This song is a beautiful tribute to those soldiers.

    When the song first came out, I didn't care for it. Of course, I was young (late teens) and hadn't learned much about Vietnam. Now that I'm older, I get it and now I like it. Nice to see the video.

      I got this album recently (im 20) and I thought it was pretty great in terms of music and context.
