- This is a place where we collect abnormal phenomena, anomalies, events, and entities from around the world, collectively labeled as [HK-xxxx]. Our foundation's measures will ensure comprehensive safety and rationality, but please also do not forget to follow a few small rules to guarantee a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
1. The Penacony Foundation is the world's only safe facility collecting [HK] series of creatures. Collection records are available on the official website: penocony.xyz
3. When entering the foundation, please be sure to wear protective equipment. Do not enter the Penacony Foundation through the website.
4. If you are accidentally pulled into a graveyard barrier by a woman in a black veil, don't panic. This is only an illusion created by HK-1899. At this moment, you are safely lying in your mother's arms.
5. Do not directly confront the silver tin robot. The girl surrounded by fireflies might be your friend.
6. There are some phenomena here that defy the rules of reality physics. This is normal. You may see some influences from the past, such as the tragic yet grand life of a gambler.
7. There are no maid membership restaurants here.
8. The woman in the mural does not move.
9. The foundation facility has its own rest bar. I personally enjoy the SoulGlad made by the man who calls himself the [Hound]. Of course, they might be a woman, child, or dog that you see in the bar.
10. Black feathers might be from Black Pigeons, not Black Swans. But you can pick them up, they will help you at crucial moments.
11. There are 13 rules in total.

2:06 - What a great timing, the song fits the animation perfectly. Boothill knows how to make spectacular entrances. I also find it funny that everyone has new looks, some even change them along the way, but Gallagher is the only one in his usual outfit until the very end 😂
Gallagher was not a dream, instead he was a follower of enigmata, whose goal is to disrupt history as much as possible by creating fake characters, the form we see him in is him combining other design aspects from members of the family to sneak into the family and infiltrate their ranks, the other scenes we see him as are him changing his looks to disrupt history even more, as the characters he plays don't truly exist in history
