and caused the polution to Irminsul which mean herself is also poluted by the Forbidden Knowledge, and not even once she regrets and blaming King Deshret for what he have done. no wonder why her people praised her so much
@@denatajasper Greater Lord Rukkhadevata was the original Dendro Archon, she is the girl with long white hair wearing white dress in the video. She sacrifice herself along with King Deshret to suppress the forbidden knowledge, exhausting her power and turning her into a childlike form we now know as the Lesser Lord Kusanali a.k.a Nahida. Further context and Spoiler: Later in the story we found out that Nahida is a separate entities created from the purest branch of Irminsul Tree by the Greater Lord Rukkhadevata. And Rukkhadevata, now left as a memory corrupted by the forbidden knowledge inside the Irminsul Tree, requested Nahida to erase all memories of herself as this is the only way to save the Irminsul Tree from further corruption. Nahida reluctantly erase all memories of Rukkhadevata from the Irminsul Tree, which in turn erasing all of the record of Rukkhadevata's existence from Tevyat's history. Rukkhadevata is now forgotten by the world and even by Nahida herself, with only Traveler (and us) as the only entities that remember her existence and her sacrifice.
I think you guys didn't get the joke xD He is asking who she is because she is supposed to be removed from everyone's memories. Might also be a reference to Re:Zero about "who is Rem?"
King Deshret wanted more than anything to see his beloved once more, the Goddess of Flower's smile. But alas fate is cruel and order is unkind to gods, which their wishes are mere specks of water that quickly vanishes from the scorching light. His selfishness and grief brought torment for his people, corruption destroyed the land, tainted the skies black and the screams of pain of his people --- of her people too --- the ones who swore to watch over, holding their heads in pain, cruel whispers filling their minds. At that moment, Deshret knew what must be done. He will be forever cursed through history and his deeds will be sneered by the new generation. How foolish he was. To be blinded by pain, realizing too late the mess he has created. But not more. The golden jewelry and white cape were tossed like nothing. He rises his head towards the light. And through his power, the city was no more, hidden and buried beneath the renmants of forgotten dream. For the first time in his long immortal life, he felt humbled, he felt small, he felt like an ant walking through gigantic dunes of the desert. The Scarlet King. Deshret. The Lord of Sands. The Conqueror of Djinns. Has choosen to leave this world behind.
man i love the three God-Kings of Sumeru lore sm, no doubt out of learning about all of the nations, they have to be my favorite. King Deshret, Nabu Malikata (Goddess of Flowers), and Rukkhadevata were some of the coolest gods in the game and i'm kinda sad we won't be learning any more about them (except for deshret if he is indeed the 'sinner') i just think their lore goes crazyyy. i mean they had a three way tie in the Archon War because they all rules together, King Deshret rejected the Gnosis from Celestia, having it go to Rukkhadevata. King Deshret and Malikata created Ay-Khanoum, an ancient city made for the Jinns. King Deshret loved Nabu Malikata, but more importantly she was someone he trusted more than anyone. While both Nabu and Rukkhadevata knew he was planning something crazy, he only told Nabu Malikata one night. He wanted to rebel against Celestia and he sought after forbidden knowledge. He didn't know what he would find, but he thought this would bring him close to getting the power to finally fight off Celestia. By the time Rukkhadevata heard of these plans later, she refused to work with them and left for the forests, never to reunite. Leaving only King Deshret and Nabu Malikata to continue the plan. Nabu Malikata had told Deshret, whom she lovingly called Al-Ahmar, that she knew of a way to help him. She helped him through a ritual where it's implied she knew that she would die. After the ritual was one and only King Deshret left alive, he mourned for her so bad, he went mad. He used the Celestial Nail in the desert to create the Eternal Oasis to lay her to rest. Eventually, he would release forbidden knowledge, and Rukkhadevata would return to help him because they were still friends after all. Then the second time the forbidden knowledge spread, King Deshret sacrificed himself, was subsequently eaten by Apep, and Rukkhadevata used a huge amount of her power, turning her to a chid again. Then when the Cataclysm in Khaenri'ah happened, Rukkhadevata couldn't go to Khaenri'ah because in Sumeru, something ELSE was happening and it plundged the world into darkness and Irminsul was once again polluted. So she snapped off the purest Twig of Irminsul and that was the birth of Kusenali. They were twins or clones in the way that both Rukkhadevata and Kusenali were made from the exact same source, Irminsul. So while the same 'creature' was in Teyvat, ultimately they are two different individuals and the reign of the Three God-Kings of Sumeru, came to an end. They were just so interesting and their Allyship during the Archon War speaks to how the Archon War wasn't some terf war and that they didn't actually need to fight until there was only one God left per nation.
[Not a criticism, as everything you said was right and this was a really good run down of the lore] The reason Rukkhadevata didn't leave was because Irminsul and/or she was infected with Forbidden Knowledge. By helping Deshret, she came to know it and by knowing it Irminsul knew it. And, with Irminsul knowing it, the tree was infected by it. Deshret realised this in himself, that by knowing Forbidden Knowledge, it would always remain within Teyvat. Thus, he knew the only way to rectify his mistake was to die and take Forbidden Knowledge with him. This is the same decision Rukkhadevata cane to during the Cataclysm. By knowing Forbidden Knowledge, she didn't just doom herself and Sumeru but (as the avatar of Irminsul) the entire world. Thus she made Nahida, a successor who could purge the world of Forbidden Knowledge and then go on to protect Sumeru in her stead. A task she completed by ensuring no one remembers Rukkhadevata and that Apep was purged.
Brilliant work as always!! Upon reading paradise lost artifact lore, I feel so sad about the friendship/love between goddess of flower, king deshret and rukkhadevata. The story about three of them is beautiful but also tragic. While the gods in other nations were at war fighting one another, king deshret shared his throne with two close friends, one of which is also his love. Yet his curiosity brought her demise, and he must have gone through hell to salvage the situation and protect both his and her people, only to fail and have to sacrifice himself in the end. And then there is Rukkhadevata who had to see both her close friends died and tried her best to save their people as well. It made me even more upset knowing that there is a rift in relationship between the desert and forest people even though their gods used to treasure each other so much :(
Technically, this also happened in Inazuma. Makoto/Ei didn't fight Orobashi, they actually welcomed the Watatsumi islanders with open arms. The Watatsumi people were able to keep their own religion and pray to their own god, and they had rituals together like the Sakura cleansing. It was also Orobashi's curiosity that led to the demise of the bond that had once existed between the two cultures, since his way of suicide was to provoke an unprecedented war and die by Ei's polearm in battle.
@@xtwinni It's fascinating to see that the past that was not recorded right would cause such a immense impact on how future events would play out. Even if genshin is just a fantasy world, it still mirrors some of the real world events
@@xtwinni They did not welcome them with open arms, they tentatively accepted them and relations between the two peoples were tense, because the people of inazuma wanted the people of watatsumi island to worship their god rather than Orobashi. Ei in her voiceline about Kokomi refers to Orobashi not by his name or even with the proper gendered pronouns of he/him, but calling him an "it" as if he were some sort of brainless creature, and a snake. She acts as if it was an act of good grace that she "allowed" them to give offerings to their own god and worship their own god, when orobashi was the one who gave those people hope and lead them to the surface, using parts of his own body to create an island for them to live on and call home.
I love the parallels between the old Kingdom of Sumeru and the Guilli Assembly in Liyue. Both had 3 Gods ruling them jointly (King Deshret, The Goddess of Flowers & Rukkhadevata for Sumeru and Rex Lapis, Guizhong & Marchosius for Liyue). King Deshret had the power and the Goddess of Flowers had the knowledge he'd never get until the end when she died, same thing happend with Zhongli & Guizhong. As for the third God, both Guoba and Rukkhadevata used all their powers to quell the corrosion and withering within the land and in doing so both lost all their memories and shrunk in size. The difference is in the decision that each of the two man made, Zhongli decided to live by Guizhong's ideals and made an oath to protect Liyue and carry the vision they had; as in to live for the future. While King Deshret couldn't accept the Goddess of Flowers' death and continued to search for a way to revive her. He kept dwelling on the past and it brought him and his people their demise.
When 3.0 dropped, I was excited for Sumeru lore. The first few books I discovered in the House of Daena were about Rukkha & a new chara named King Deshret. I immediately read them as a lore enthusiast. The moment we were exposed with his grief about the fall of his kingdom, I was excited for more, so I tried picking hints on new artifacts. Then 3.1 dropped, more exposure on his mourning & sadness about his beloved friend, Goddess of Flowers, and how their friendship with Rukkha was. The more I explored his kingdom’s remains in the desert(Golden Slumber quest & talking to NPCs), the more I found how intelligent, resourceful & how he was loved by his people & Djinns. But also, how he dearly missed his friend to the point he would sacrifice everything to build a new paradise & even betrayed by his King followers. At that point, honestly, his story became sad for me as I read. As more updates dropped until 3.3, more artifacts, weapons and books revealed his motivations. King Deshret became one of the side chara that I found very interested with, just like how Kitsune Saiguu was in Inazuma. Now 3.4 with new area just dropped, I cant wait to explore more about Deshret & Goddess of Flowers!
3.4 is basically the fall of gurabad, so little mention of king deshret. i think the next lore will come in next patches as the northeastern area of new desert that out of bound clearly has hilichurl camps in it.
and Gurabad fallen due to the greed of their King... by exploiting the Djinn's power for their own gain. In the end, it all crumbles... and became one with the sand of the desert.
@@HenSt-gz7qj was gurabad used to be a place with lots of vegetation? Considering that the eternal oasis existed in the middle of the sandstorm, so goddess of flower probably used to govern the place with the gutabad's king, well at least until the liloupar incident
I hope that they touch on these stories in the anime. King Deshret sacrificed everything for his people just for his kingdom to be blown away like the desert sands and to be remembered as a tyrant. There are so many more stories to be told, so many things that were forgotten by Teyvat's people. You wonder what it would have been like if we had arrived in Teyvat during a different time...
But at the same time, it was also his fault. Deshret sought out the forbidden knowledge which brought the downfall to bring back the goddess of flowers. He had to sacrifice himself in the end to salvage the situation and rukkhadevata also had to sacrifice a portion of her power to contain the consequences. and this all happened in the time of the archon war were the world was already unstable.
@@Valadion1 That is true, but it doesn't make it any less unfortunate. What on earth did the knowledge consist of do you think? How could there be something that isn't supposed to be known?
Not sure if he really sacrificed everything for his people... From the last quests of Gurabad, we know about massive wars, revolts and corrupt aristocrats that enslaved people and it was all when Deshret was still alive and in power. Perhaps he isolated himself to try to find a way to revieve GoF and thats why Rukkadevatha left him and built her own kingdom, far away from the mess that Deshrets petty kingdoms became. Tho, the whole timeline of Sumeru history is incredible messy, I must say. How does Archon War fit into this?
I was really sad when I saw 2:00 King Deshret still remembered his previous commitment to his people and decided to sacrifice himself, and then he put down his crown 2:09 , looking back to his initial aspiration 2:19 and finally … 2:26 this scene is so sacred but it does break my heart😭
Musics and arts are masterfully crafted on the very short video, although no spoken words, our imaginations tell the stories, let's not forget people behind the production of this short video, the musicians, animators, director, etc. Wait, 2:14, does king deshret have boobs?😅
as far as i know the sand storm on the king's mousoliam was activate using deshrets body and sprit burning for eternity so basically he was in constant pain of getting burned alive for the past 500 years until we turned off the sand seal .
Cyno greatly resembles King Deshret. Nilou dresses and dances like the Goddess of Flowers, and Nahida is the Dendro archon. The three can be together again.
Hoping for mihoyo making more lore about King Deshret, Rukkhadevata and Goddness of Flower. This is sooo goodddd. Thank you for this great animations ❤️ almost shed a tears fr
Deshret is now the top 1 character i would love to play ingame. He is just a manace. The way the old civilization in the desert is introduced here is just flabbergassting.
Remember, King Desret had seen and understood the truth hidden outside Teyvat than anyone else. His civilization is one of the most outstanding in Teyvat history, both technical and urban scale. Maybe he made a terrible mistake, or even worse: the Calamity of Fobbiden Knowledge would have still happened anyway, regardless of whether he seaked for it or not. Still, at least he sacrificed his life to purify 99% of Fobbiden Knowledge out of Teyvat, but sadly, the Great Three lost their life protected Teyvat.
First, she used most of her to save teyvat and turned into a child Secondly, she sacrificed her life to save everyone & everything And then she erased herself from Irminsul as if she never existed 😭😭 I love Rukkhadevata sooo much 😭😭 I'll never forget her
I know Candace is the canonical descendant of Deshret and she has the amber eye but man, he really does look a LOT like Cyno. I wonder if there's a connection there. Greater Lord Rukkhadevata's kindness really knew no limits tho, what a wonderful person we lost too soon. She will live on in our and the Traveler's memories and hopefully see Deshret and the Goddess of Flowers again wherever she is now.
Wait, that guy wasn’t Cyno??? I thought it was judt characters being models for the actual people (except Nahida technically), I was even waiting for Nilou to appear because I thought she’d represent the goddess of flowers lol. Thanks for clarifying.
@@itashiro_furosu I thought he was Cyno for a second, because he wielded Cyno's signature weapon. But when I stopped to think about it again, Cyno wasn't even alive when Deshret sacrificed himself. Plus, the eye color is wrong (Cyno has red eyes). One thing I noticed about alternate character models for these types of videos is they never change the eye color.
@Sunny the one who looked like cyno in the cutscene was it not the priest of the king Deshret tho ? I thought King Deshret was never shown in cutscene only bits like symbols are used to signify him
@Sunny that wasn't Deshret actually it was one of the temple guardians but I forgot his name and his the one Cyno resembles since he possessed cyno's body
This is absolutely stunning and made me so emotional. I already loved the tale of the three god kings, and am extremely into King Deshret lore, but this just intensified it tenfold. Beautiful rendition of the story and lore, and the sacrifices that came with it. It's a weird feeling to mourn for an ancient civilization that was lost and that you will never experience yourself.
Bro this gave me chills to see the sheer majesty and magnificence of King Deshret's kingdom. Makes me wish for the Traveler to go back in time to see this in person and we can travel around the kingdom to see the amazing architecture and interact with the civilians. It would be so cool. Same for the other ancient ruins we see around Teyvat.
Personally my heart broke once more seeing that the guy who found the stone plate in the desert was young Jabrael I miss him, my heart breaks everytime
Masterpiece... Farewell, the golden past.. Greater Lord Rukkhadeva, King Deshret, and Goddess of Flower... Welcome, the new future, the future that we will proud of, welcome to this beautiful and cruel world, Nahida.. Lord Kusanali, the Purest Lord...
Sumerus lore was really well thought out and can be considered the best of them all , i literally cried at the end how one god sacrificed themselves after the next .
Aaand I cried watching this This is a masterpiece The lore of Rukkhadevata, King Deshret and the Goddess of Flowers is my favorite atm, so I feel deeply touched by this beautiful animation. Thank you so much for your hard work
The Legend of the Three Magi The God of Wisdom, Greater Lord Rukkhadevata The Goddess of Flowers And Dreams, The Last Moon Sister The Scarlet King, King Desheret of The Desert I love every bit of lore about them. Especially when 3.4 was released, I have been enlightened about the fate of the Three Magi. The Wisdom of the Greater Lord that was forever lost and can no longer be remembered even by the forest. The Dreams that she envisioned now lost in the whirlwinds of sands, the Eternal Oasis is nothing but the last remaining memories of the late Goddess of Flowers. And the Scarlet King's legacies buried in the ruins of his kingdom. The pain and grief of losing his friends and his people, his monolith stands as a reminder of the bitter past.
It's crazy how relatable this is too old Egypt and how they have fallen. You can totally see what exactly Hoyo got inspired by. Love how this work has it perfectly translated into this beautiful animation!
Gosh King Deshret's design here is 100000/10. I'd absolutely pull for him in a heartbeat if he's playable. Please. Even a "cosplay of king Deshret" skin for Cyno would suffice. 😭🙏
I even don't know the whole story yet, but I cried so hard!! The way rukkudavata didn't hesitate to help and the way King deshret gone... I can't help but it break my heart-
Imagine if they had this soundtrack playing at King Deshret's Mausoleum when you walk in. It would be like the final story of his legacy. Or even getting to see this video in the game. King Deshret's story ans Greater Lord's are both so tragic but love filled. It always makes me sad that all that remains is ruins and legends of the two great leaders
I can’t believe I didn’t see this until today. This is a amazing fan work, the art and music go together wonderfully. I wish we could get some more desert lore between Deshret, Rukkadevata, and the Godess of Flowers. If anyone has any lore websites they enjoy, whether it be desert, abyss, dainsleff, world quests etc please do share! Thank you :D
When you feel chills is your whole body for 3 minutes straight... You know you just watched a masterpiece.... That's amazing and I don't have enough words to describe it. Thank you for that amazing video and work!
This was so far my favorite quest region and the lore of Deshret, Nabu and Liloupar just made my heart cry.. gosh this video enraptured emotions wildly 😢❤
This is insanely top quality. It even got the Genshin art style 100%. Sumeru storyline is honestly the best one out of all the nations so far, and I can't wait to see how the next regions stack up.
This's the best summary of the Sumeru story arc. Press F to King Deshret, the great lord Rukhadevata and the Goddess of Flowers 🤧 It's still not completely clear to me what kind of great wisdom Deshret was looking for, but apparently from his point of view, these searches cost the death of an entire people, his loved ones and himself.
King Deshret once believed that the people were subjugated to the gods his wise consort the Goddess of Flowers knew that humanity will blossom just like flowers do, but eventually wither away. Taken by the love his husband held for his people she agreed to help him acquire forbidden knowledge knowing that the punishment would be severe she didn't think humans deserved to live without the truth. Deshret finally obtained the knowledge he was seeking but it was not the truth he expected nor desired. The land of Theyvat was forged from the remains of the gods he despised. He could see all life imprisoned and fractured into what became humanity he screamed out in despair that everything is wrong and needs to be set free. He sought out the greatest dragon the true ruler of Sumeru in an effort to undo what he had done he agreed that the dragon needs to swallow him whole. It was to late and the dragon had been robbed of all it's strengh, it's fate became to suffer her once beloved kings folly and slowly wither away into a dream. "Foolish Buer you have not lived for a fraction of what you call time" - Apep
If only we can have a event where the travelers lost sibling helped Deshert and the Goddess during that crisis. Opening up the possibility of Deshert banner.
I love it this provide us players lore and actually visualize the majesty and grandeur of the era when King Deshret ruled the desert. I haven't yet explored the desert part but now I know there are cities buried beneath the sands. I mean the game actually implies this but to see it in this video is a whole different experience.
Imagine if Mihoyo did anime series about the past lore of teyvat. That would be such a good idea to help visualise and supplement the game’s past, and we can have a better explanation to what happened.
Imagine an event where Zubayr Theater creates a play about the golden age where Nilou will play as Goddess of Flowers. Nahida somehow was intrigued with the idea, then she played as the Dendro Archon herself so she can remember the memories she had been lost. Then Nahida suggested (or forced) Cyno to play as Deshret or the Priest. Cyno refused at first thought but somehow he felt guilty. Quite similar to Irodori Festival
Exceptional Work. This story is so moving. It was well told in game, but in pieces. To see it in such a dramatic portrayal, and so excellently told is amazing. Even the music is moving. Thank you!
There is soooo much potential for the anime series and possibly movies covering plots like theses, just like the Fate series just Ufo please gooo hard on the lore and create a lot of stuff.
Okay this is truly special because this explain more about the lore of the desert, still based in-game (i clarified this personally), and created in very high quality indeed
Fate of the archons of Sumeru are the most tragic so far. They were misunderstood, misinterpreted and lastly one of them even got erased entirely from history.
At first i thought this guy was Cyno, then i was like ''oh so thats how the King Deshret looks like'' then at this : 2:26 my family was asking me why i am crying and screaming... So many details! Since I'm an organised person, I might list who is who here: 0:33 Because the rest of them are brown haired (the white haired is King Deshret), one of them is Kasala, King Deshret's priest. I think its the one on the right 0:50 This is King Deshret because he kinda looks like Cyno but a little older. He looks like he is wearing the circlet from Gilded Dreams artifact set called Shadow of the Sand King but theres a yellow eye instead of a red triangle Edit: I don't wanna side with the people who think Alhaitham is a reincarnation of him nor do I think Cyno is a reincarnation instead. Let's think that this is an infusion of Alhaitham and Cyno (or someone else probably) 1:18 Grand Sage (or should I say former grand sage) Edit: Now I think about it, this could be the grand sage from a long time ago that wears similar clothing to Azar. Perhaps Grand Sages wear this kind of clothing to symbolise their status. 1:23 Obviously Greater Lord Rukkhadevata. Probably one of my favourite historical characters 2:41 I'm not sure who this is. This could either be Liloupar or Ferigees, although it could be Makhaira or Shirin (Liloupar's daughter) Edit: If you look closely, the scales on her body fade. She was a victim of Eleazar. Her hair colour does look similar to Collei's and the hairstyle resembles Rukkhadevata 2:42 This is the Goddess of Flowers. You can tell from the horns according to Nilou's headdress indicating that the goddess had horns on her head too 3:35 Nahida here. This is probably the present that could have took place either before or after we helped her

@@Greater_Lord_Rukkhadevata “Let the world completely forget me”
Teyvat may forget her existence, but we will remember her, Greater Lord Rukkhadevata's sacrifice. Beautiful Masterpiece!!!
Who is Rukkhadevata?
@@denatajasper former god of wisdom, now the archon is lesser lord kusanali (Nahida)
@@denatajasper ye, who?
And why tf they name themself after a Rukkhasheva mushroom?
is this a new trend? 🤔
Further context and Spoiler:
Later in the story we found out that Nahida is a separate entities created from the purest branch of Irminsul Tree by the Greater Lord Rukkhadevata.
I think you guys didn't get the joke xD
He is asking who she is because she is supposed to be removed from everyone's memories.
Thank you!

man i love the three God-Kings of Sumeru lore sm, no doubt out of learning about all of the nations, they have to be my favorite. King Deshret, Nabu Malikata (Goddess of Flowers), and Rukkhadevata were some of the coolest gods in the game and i'm kinda sad we won't be learning any more about them (except for deshret if he is indeed the 'sinner')
i just think their lore goes crazyyy. i mean they had a three way tie in the Archon War because they all rules together, King Deshret rejected the Gnosis from Celestia, having it go to Rukkhadevata.
[Not a criticism, as everything you said was right and this was a really good run down of the lore]
The reason Rukkhadevata didn't leave was because Irminsul and/or she was infected with Forbidden Knowledge.
It made me even more upset knowing that there is a rift in relationship between the desert and forest people even though their gods used to treasure each other so much :(
The misunderstanding of the past is the root of conflict of today's generation.
It's get even frustating when you remember the Academyia used that misunderstanding to create conflic with the Eremites.
This fan animation was so beloved that Mihoyo implied it's the canon Deshret design in their new TCG card

Yeah I also really like the sumeru lore ❤️ but it's very sad what happened to this trio

@@rustedsteampunk902 Well, it is said it had to be something alien that the world itself rejected, not just celestia, teyvat itself.
@@evithearcasigner I think the archon war never happened on sumeru, ironically rukkhadevata became an archon because she's the only one left.

I literally made it all the way to the end before realizing this was FAN MADE. This is indescribably good.

I thought he was Cyno for a second, because he wielded Cyno's signature weapon.

The way the beat goes from the start and show king deshret, it's giving me Ghostbump
hoping we get to travel our siblings journey for a short while at some point. Really want to see Rukkhadevata proper in game.
Nahida skin when? lol
@@marcusaurelius4777that would be the biggest buff to her alrdy cracked kit. Her sales would skyrocket 💀
So this is fan made... The talent is on another level... Great job
Okay this is truly special because this explain more about the lore of the desert, still based in-game (i clarified this personally), and created in very high quality indeed
Fate of the archons of Sumeru are the most tragic so far. They were misunderstood, misinterpreted and lastly one of them even got erased entirely from history.
man genshin is diving deep after the sumeru archon quests.i wonder what emotional disaster awaits us in natlan considering its a nation raged with war
And after that, they locked Kusanali up. How respectful…
The Song Hit hard to my heart When Video Showing Past About Desert kingdom
凄く好きです、作ってくれてありがとう!
I'm always love your Genshin Anime, hopefully you make more beautiful content❤️❤️ love from Malaysia ☺️
she exhausted her strength and her form became that small child
At first i thought this guy was Cyno, then i was like ''oh so thats how the King Deshret looks like'' then at this : 2:26 my family was asking me why i am crying and screaming... For a fan made work im deeply hurted. Im into depression for a week due some stories i had read and now this. Thank you tho for the hard work. I hope we can see an officail work of King Deshret in the future....
This so beautiful that I'm almost teared up 😭❤️
The story of King Deshret's and Rukkhadevata sacrifice will always be one of the saddest and heroic! 🌿
Thank you so much for this! 🌺
I forgot how emotional these quest chains made me (i literally cried at some point) becasue kind deshret is such a stud im drooling
Holy why is everyone so pretty-
The music!! Your composer is very talented.
So many details! Since I'm an organised person, I might list who is who here:
0:33 Because the rest of them are brown haired (the white haired is King Deshret), one of them is Kasala, King Deshret's priest. I think its the one on the right
0:50 This is King Deshret because he kinda looks like Cyno but a little older. He looks like he is wearing the circlet from Gilded Dreams artifact set called Shadow of the Sand King but theres a yellow eye instead of a red triangle
Edit: I don't wanna side with the people who think Alhaitham is a reincarnation of him nor do I think Cyno is a reincarnation instead. Let's think that this is an infusion of Alhaitham and Cyno (or someone else probably)
1:18 Grand Sage (or should I say former grand sage)
Edit: Now I think about it, this could be the grand sage from a long time ago that wears similar clothing to Azar. Perhaps Grand Sages wear this kind of clothing to symbolise their status.
1:23 Obviously Greater Lord Rukkhadevata. Probably one of my favourite historical characters
2:41 I'm not sure who this is. This could either be Liloupar or Ferigees, although it could be Makhaira or Shirin (Liloupar's daughter)
Edit: If you look closely, the scales on her body fade. She was a victim of Eleazar. Her hair colour does look similar to Collei's and the hairstyle resembles Rukkhadevata
2:42 This is the Goddess of Flowers. You can tell from the horns according to Nilou's headdress indicating that the goddess had horns on her head too
3:35 Nahida here. This is probably the present that could have took place either before or after we helped her
Azar is human so probably just a mistake on the animation side.
@@johanneseure6761 quite true
lets take a moment to appreciate the beautiful art and art style 😭 this probably took soo long and it did not disappoint
