  • Matthew and Chris are taking advantage of all the rain we’re having and walking fields with great success…for the most part. They happened up on a Copperhead in the field and you’ll never guess what happened while they were focused on it! Join us as we see what I discovered while editing this video!

Y’all should do a overview of each of y’all’s collections for a video. Would really be nice to see the quantity and quality of artifacts y’all have accumulated over the years.

.Incredible how we hunters can still continue to find so many treasures left by the natives. Yesterday my friend Pepe and I went out, it went very well but it seemed that we were inside a microwave because of the heat. I congratulate you on your great finds always friends. Blessings to the whole team.

I saw it right off, b4 you said anything, Spike. I said (to myself as there's nobody else here to speak to), "that copperhead is protecting an arrowhead." I'd sure claim it if it was me.

I just got 7 nice big spalls of some Kentucky Blue Chert. About to crack Into one of em and shoot for a st.Charles Dovetail. I've already knapped a couple flakes of it Into a corner Notch and a side Notch. I've really taken a liking to flintknapping. God Bless

I live in Wears Valley Tn and about 25 years ago I took history lessons from the oldest man in the Valley. Mr. Fred Walker. Descendent of Bill "Black" Walker owner of "Little Townsend Railroad that cut down extremely large trees in the Smokey Mountains.
Mr. Fred said I live on a extremely old Cherokee Camp ground. I now have thousands of absolutely beautiful points. Over 200 grinding rock, one Mano bowl, two pieces of pottery that seem to be counters. The pottery has notches. One blue trade bead, one piece of blue stripe pottery. And last but not least a damn cannon ball. Next day I went back and found two old horse shoes....I'm out no skeletons for me. Where are you located? I need someone to go to middle Tennessee as a farmer friend tells me their are handfuls.
My first day spent with Mr. Walker I found 28 perfect points. White quartz, black, gray and white, peach colored quartz, lilac colored quartz, so much. I'm friends with Chase the owner of Relic Works. His daddy owns the biggest knife store in America, Sevierville, TN.
Also Chase has a you tube channel called
    Chasing history.
Someone from the Arrowhead almanac needs to document what I have. NO museum's as they will put them in a box, never to be seen again. OH HELL THAT POISONOUS. PIT VIPER!
HE CAN HAVE THE POINT. IT WILL SHOW UP AGAIN.
    LETS GO TO MIDDLE TENNESSEE!

I know where Wear's Valley is. Been through it many times. Where that road runs into the highway to Maryville and Townsend was a huge archaeological site. A friend of ours worked on that dig, Mr. Carey Geiger.

The only good thing about Copperheads, is they make good target practice. Was that a Scottsbluff point? It’s odd how 2 people will be hunting and one will clean up, and the other will go home empty handed

Thanks for watching. To answer your question, we would love to take everyone that has an interest in what we do but we don't have the sites or the time to take everyone. We swap out hunts with others from time to time and to be quite honest we are in debt to so many folks right now that we'll probably never be able to catch up. We wish it were different.
