I made this for my Grand daughter's going away party , she will be leaving for the Navy at the end of the mouth . I followed the directions to the tee. It was the best ever . I made 104 sticks . ALL GONE , had many of guests ask were we got the chicken ? After telling them " I made them " They thought I was kidding . Had to show the recipe to them. You are the BEST thank you for making this video .

Deep frying makes a HUGE difference. It dries up the surface a bit and makes delicious crispy edges all around the chicken.

i bake it for a bit AND fry it you’re 1000% correct it makes a huge difference i also didn’t have the bulls head bbq until now i ordered it online and now next time i make it i’ll have it, btw it’s also good to do with steak for the same recipe i’ve made it 2 times doing everything the same minus bulls head i used korean bbq marinade sauce and a lil bit of teriyaki i’ve made one with chicken and once with steak both came out amazing i know with the bulls head bbq it’ll be WAY better

Tried this tonight. To my American hillbilly nose the Bull Head BBQ sauce stinks. But man once you get past it this was some of best Chicken on a Steeeck that I have ever tried and it was right here at the house. Thanks Raymon!

OMG! I made this with the Bull BBQ sauce and all. I made a small batch to be cautious. They are amazing! I am now going to make a big batch so I will blow my diet completely to hell, but worth it. I topped it off my frying them for 1 minute and I added red food coloring in the marinate because I did not have beet juice. Looked and tasted so authentic! Thank you for posting. Forever a fan.
