Sebastian Korda has quietly been my favorite player on tour I love his professionalism and how clean he is
Smooth exit in 1st round after saying he could win Wimbledon.
Saying he’s a favourite then losing in the first round to a guy ranked 452. But Korda will realise his potential any day now
😂
@@tucker3601I mean vesely is a hell of a player tho, he beat Novak twice and won two titles a while back. Not surprised he pulled off a big win on grass with his big serve
Came to read this commentary 😂
😂
Reminds me of Berdych. Slow movement but clean shotmaking
Effortless power
It kind of makes me wonder what would happen if he really swung out. How big could he hit?
Sameeeeee
That was my first thought when I saw him play for the first time
One of the most gifted and underrated players on tour! So much potential
None of the player on the tour are underrated. They all get exactly the rating that their earned tournament points entitle them to
@@danguee1 lol, someone took it way too literally. Korda isn’t particularly anyone’s favorite, he is undervalued or underestimated - which also means underrated. Thanks for attending my English class today.
@@ParekhitBhe is overrated lol.
Korda is an excellent tennis player 👏🎾❤️
Sebastian and Casper Ruud are my two favorite players. Today there are so many good players on tour it’s almost hard to pick. Sebastian moves around the court so smoothly. He even has his dad’s skip😂
His dad was a doper tho
Both are out , there you go
Sad to see he lost today after saying he was one of the favorites… I really appreciate his confidence tho
Kordas touch is really good definitely has one of the best touch on the tour
The first time I saw Korda play, still outside of top 100, I just remember thinking he has everything to achieve greatness, and hope he does!
Beautiful to watch. Can't watch many other players after witnessing this. Berdych like.
Sevastien is so likeable and his tennis can be magical
I really want him to have major success, to see more wins for the aesthetically pleasing game 😅. Dimitrov is the only other one I know who plays gracefully, and he’s about a decade older.
Maybe fognini as well
This aged well...
Happy Birthday Korda
The Djokovic match in Adelaide was amazing. If only he could stay healthy
I've watched a lot of tennis in my life, but I'm not sure I've ever seen a shot like the one at 1:18. So good, I hope he continues to improve.
it's like Nishikori's backhand stab save off of Federer's return some years ago... but that was down the line. Agreed I don't remember a cross court passing shot like this! ua-cam.com/video/PRCytsTV5Nc/v-deo.html
U have never watched prime federer i guess
@@appooooo Your comment gave me brain damage 🥴🥴🥴
@@Mongovi trust me it was already like that
@@appooooo Damn, got me good 😂
He definitely 1 of the favourites for Wimbledon2023 lol
Happy birthday Sebastian! Absolutley love korda's playing style and hope he can make a long run at wimbeldon this year
Yeah. He declared himself one of this year's favourites. Now out first round, easy peasy. Looking foolish.....
@@danguee1 He retracted his statement later and also he was out for injury since the Australian Open.
Brilliant!!!
Keep playing like this could make himself one of the New Big 4. 👍👍
Mucho talento y libertad para jugar..!
Petra Korda was smooth and had a one handed back hand as well. Lovely to watch.
Did u guys notice all the 23 smooth points have come in winning situations,he plays well and hits these shots when he is leading and when he is losing he isn't that smooth
And the smoothest and most confident player at Wimbledon loses in first round at Wimbledon to Vesely 😂
Those shorts in the first clip! I thought he shat himself 😂
At his age the GOAT Nole was winning Slams....and he still is !!
The way he's moving, his shots... it does resemble Roger
"Baby Roger" maybe?
@@deniss.6205American Roger more like it.
@@madanmatcha7484 Sebi's style is something that practically doesn't exist in American tennis (and hasn't, since the passing of late great coach Robert Lansdorp): but, both of his parents were top pro players from Czechia, so "American Born, Czech Trained" has a more true ring to it.
You know Seb considers himself a favorite at Wimbledon. HAHAHAHAHAAA
"I'm one of the top contenders for winning Wimbledon"
Loses 1st round
THE favorite for Wimbledon
when i see this man playing ...it talk to myself that his father is already a rich man ....he is not ungry
Got rekt 1st round lol
I almost get the impression that his tweener lob winner is just another regular shot for him. 😲
Before the start of wimbby Korda did say he thinks he is one of the favs to win the title well lmfao bruh didn't wash his face enough that day before making that statement 🤣
Him and Djokovic are so similar. Both have that very clean, point-and-shoot style of tennis that is indeed very smooth. Still Djokovic is more lethal, but Korda is very good as well!
Lost on round 1 💀
@@virat5828 I know. And how ironic considering he made that stupid speech to the cameras telling the world that he was a favorite for Wimbledon. Yeah, sorry buddy, but unless you start winning a lot more, you’re not a favorite for anything, regardless of your talent.
He's going to be top 5 in a year or so
would love to see Korda vs Djokovic again
Only if korda gets past round 1
Potentially very high ceiling but fails to put it together in big moments and tends to choke.
eazy pick ups
The Smoother
Sinner is smoother but korda is definitely number 2
The most promising American player. Hopefully he can stay healthy this Wimbledon.
He is, but he is going home early.
and out of wimbledon lmao
But korda said he is an "agressive" player... Come on TennisTv guy...
sebby is just different
Who is here after his claim in Wimbledon and lost first round 😂
Me.. Can't stop laughing.. One of the fav.s to win the tournament it seems.. 🤣🤣 What was he smoking..??
To be fair, Korda did later say that claim was a little outlandish!
Still good for a laugh, though.
He will never live that comment down!
He'll probably be better remembered for that than his tennis!!
Sigh, and he went out today vs Vesely.
Scraaap player ..
Korda will win Wimbledon 2023. I dare anyone stop Korda winning Wimbledon 2023
He is out already
@@chess-qw9cw It's also poking fun at that Rafa guy who keeps on posting that same thing, but putting in Rafa, every time another Slam gets closer ...
Currently, he is. But the smoothest player ever is none other than Roger Federer.
Needless to say he is a genius, but inconsistent.
After Federer, maybe Korda is the only man which is gentle and elegant
He's very smooth but i cant understand why he's not a bigger contender. i think he suffers from" jack-of-all-trades, master of none" syndrome. He's got all the shots and all are good, but none of them are weapons. so either he's going to beef them up to be weapons and then become a GS contender or raise his level to the point that he utilizes all of them to perfection ...and become a contender.
I thought he was going to be in the semis at least.......
Would have to say Grigor is more “smooth” than Korda
For them youngsters out there , in Real life, you can be as smooth as you want...but when you meet a Real life Troll, that's when sh*t gets real.
Well, I think his father was smoother.
LOL
He's so smooth that he self proclaimed himself a favorite at wimbledon and went out in the first round. Poser
23 smooth plays, probably 15 from lost matches🤡
😁
Never wins anything through lol
korda? smoothest player on tour? even im smoother than him and im a 10 utr
That's hysterical. 😂
Typically American big mouth overconfidence. Declared himself the favorite to win wimbledone and lost out in 1st round to an unseeded player outside top 200. The US media machinery will still pump him up though with videos like these.
