Ive called them and they can't! Also you don't have to pay a tv licence! I don't pay it. David Ward did use the affidavit successfully 37 times! And yes they took his house unlawfully but that doesnt mean his method didnt work. It means that they can do anything!!! There's a difference
I had a fine for parking in Aldi. There had been a two hour limit since the store opened about 15 years ago. Then they introduced a machine you had to type your reg into. I didn't see it, and there was no notification in the store. I was there 23 minutes. Because I pay cash and had thrown away the receipt I couldn't challenge the fine. It was £35 which I can afford, but I'm tending to shop elsewhere since.

Anyone who says that you don't have to pay your bills because they are free, or because there is no such thing as law, or because you haven't signed a contract, or because you are a sovereign citizen or a freeman of the land is clearly deluded. If you choose not to pay your bills, be prepared for the consequences, which will probably include bailiffs coming to take away your stuff, much higher bills due to added interest and bailiff charges, County Court judgments (which mean you will not be able to get any kind of credit) or even prison, but I fail to understand why anyone would want to put themselves through all that for nothing.
Why does anyone think they are entitled to something for nothing? I don’t get it. Looks a bit like stealing to me. Where is their sense of right from wrong. They have to be unbelievably gullible which is even more concerning that they can’t think on their own two feet.

He tells followers, “We need to use the Baron David Ward Affidavit to stop the fraud when it comes to debts and other legal injustices says Kirsty, my guest and advocate of the lawful system.” The entire UA-cam passes without mention of the several people who failed badly using this "method" including Ward himself who had his house repossessed. Ward ended up living in a decrepit van & died of covid, which he denied existed. At the time Kirstyy Cave (who didn't use her full name in this UA-cam) tried to explain away the massive fail saying, "The baron ALLOWED his house to be STOLEN to show us the terrorists were up against." When you read any legal documents they use Legalese. Meaning how you interpret the language and meaning, as straight forward and simple it seems it usually has another meaning. That's why we have lawyers. It's all about interpretation and application of the law.

The local news papers were telling lies on a grand scale and many were frightened so something had to be done. The document showed only two deaths from covid during that time. The news papers at the time showed a very different number to generate fear no doubt. These are the facts.
