Mavic 3 Cinematic - Index, Washington - Town

Index, Washington is a riverside hamlet located on a square quarter mile in the Skykomish Valley a mile north of Highway 2. Its population is less than 200, but it draws in adventurers of all ages, families and those who want to escape to nature for a few days. It was founded 120 years ago when it was booming with miners due to its mineral-rich Central Cascades location. The town was named for nearby Mount Index.
