I'm not saying there should be an advertisement where you someone takes a beer luge down the length of one of these after a hard send, but the design lends itself to that nicely :)
Fantastic innovation - get that manufacturing dialed in and drop the price to 100 bucks and you’ve got a hit on your hands. However at 225 any other stick clip is plenty easy to carry by sliding it in the water bottle pocket of your pack haha. Plus the regular stick clip options out there can all be taken up a hard sport route for cheating your way to the top, whereas this would be a hassle to carry. Neat idea though!

No offense I love Metolius and love your guy's team, but when I first seen this product Video months ago I thought it was an April fools joke or something. This has to be one of the silliest climbing products out there. And the price is insane! I've overheard multiple parties at the crag talking smack about this product as well so im not the only one...

I imagine this "technology" would have incredible applications in ultralight tent/shelter structures.

Hey Team, ya reckon this might be rigid enough to use for window cleaning, etc?
It's fairly rigid along the length, but it's less ridged to twisting.
