This show will by far be my most favorite of any all time because its the show that opened my eyes to the awesomeness this corp puts on the field year in and year out
I would love to meet their bass 2. He seems like a great leader and a fun guy
Looks like we found a bass 2

5:58 Tommy with the "no bop" gets me every time
i like the visual at 4:43 where everyone's spine just illogically bends exactly in sync. teehee
DrePwn It's a Prequel to Tilt ;)
I am going to forever be completely in love with how traditional and true this show is. My dream drumline for life💙
This band every time you hear the music they play very well as hear very soft and pleasant to the ear hears very well!!
Red hats, White shirts, Blue shorts... 'Murrica.
Hello. ARZiehm. Congratulations to all a salute to live the American usa. spectacular. real american Your incredible songs. but I have thought I'm better bone porqe I have thought to invent a real songs. with a lot of respect for you your instructors from the band.
Cant get tired of watching this. Tenors have mad notes
I am in Virigina Beach, Va. And if that was only a rehearsal. I must say. That was the most spectacular, professional looking entertainment I have seen ANYWHERE in years. Congratulations to all of you. 50 Years ago, I also dabbled in Snare drumming. All of you have taken it into the next Solar System. I SALUTE ALL OF YOU. Wish you were using REAL AMERICAN FLAGS.
If they used real flags they wouldn't be able to put them on the ground haha.
This is great cinematography. I know your 2014 vids are going to be sweeeeeeet.
2:14 YESSSS!!!
This is an amazing balance of visual and sound. Watching this video does not make bias towards any section but enjoy the battery as a whole. Also, watching the show in the stands does not give as much as a personal feel as this video does. It's too bad other corps do not put battery cams together like this. I look forward to seeing the bluecoats put something together like this next year.
The bass and tenor line are my favorite tbh. former bass drum 1 and now a very proud tenor player ;) cant wait to be a solo tenor sophomore year.
Ha ha lol I'm a trumpet player but yeah I'm good at tenors cuz my brother has some at our house! Lol
the show is not only the presentations but also in rehearsal ...
because the show is just a reflection of your essays .... congratulations ....
What a teamwork, so good to see!
This is my favorite piece ever I think❤️❤️❤️
my favorite Bluecoats show ever !!!!
this is honestly my favorite show of all time, that I've seen at least
I usually don't like America shows on the grounds they're usually all the same, however Bluecoats got me with this show, great job
John Doe same dude wow
I have a lot of favorite videos, but this is my most favorite of the favorites!
such a crazy show i love the coats
this is freakin awesome I love the snares in this vid
Love this show
That was awe inspiring.
this show is awesome! great job tenor line prob best tenor book ive ever heard in my life
I love this opener
6:04 to 6:20 looks and sounds so cool! Reminds me of how our marching band will be this year since I'm a freshman!
That was beyond entertaining.
I could eat a meal of their marching technique its so clean. :-)
Bass is normally hard to play
I love how those tenors sound inside
That close up 9:03
I'm going to march for them. They're so amazing. I have been inspired.
Did you ever March for them?
@@ethanbrown1631 I didn’t. I saw them and auditioned with other corps, but never committed to any. Life took me a different direction but it all worked out in the end. Thanks for following up, brought back memories.
love their book and drill
As a brass player, my favorite thing about this vid is that it gets right in the meat of some of the low brass parts. The battery's cool too i guess.
So great
6:50 and 9:45, that is all you need. Just amazing guys, nice work!
someone correct me if im wrong 4:00 tenor vocal is
"you see that whip girl, by my side, little foot Nikki Nikki D. for the girls (something) scooby snacks."
***** thanks for clearing that up
***** where is that from?
ATTEH-HEUN FO'AD MARH Favorite part.
this is awesome!!
love this corps
man everybody is in shape ! we need a gym inside or attached our bandroom lol
Honestly. in my opinion they're the only corps that seems like a WGI show. Where there is an emotion in every person and they're all characters. Instead of the whole 'stone face' motto every other corps has.
Well yeah kind of, major wgi influence on this corps.
live how all of u guys did the music
9:18 is literally why I play tenors
Love the bass visual at 8:14
Gosh I hope I on that euphonium line for 2014
Where can I get one of those hats!? They're so cool
Straight fuego
love watching the bass line. Proud 4th Bass at my school!!! hopefully second next year :)
Same here. Well actually third.
***** kwl I marched 3rd bass because there were no open tenor spots my freshman year. I loved it
youwilldied I'm bass section leader now.
***** kwl. second bass I take it well I play tenor's now.
youwilldied good luck with that.
One day I'll be in that line.
Badass.
That is a lot of constant drumming for a drum corps show! That takes some mental stamina... damn!
Can anyone tell me what sticks the tenors are using? I know they normally use TJ's but I can't tell in the video
Well, it does make the most sense to follow the guts for dynamics. You'll get the most snare response that way.
Ugh what do they say in the vocals @4:00 sounds hilarious
" you see that whip girl, by my side, little foot nikki niiki D, for the girls, WHITE GIRLS, scooby dooby dooby scooby doo scobby snacks." Something like that
I know right
So, I see this on every drum corps drumline video, what are the square things with the orange (I assume) marking on the drum covers?
Thanks for the feedback, it was really bothering me on what they were.
the stabilizing thing makes me so dizzy...
What is their vocal at 4:00
6:24 My new favorite thing.
We almost did at one point haha. We had "rehearsal" reps where it wasn't full out.
fuck, I love this.
Dat opener doe..
niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice
maybe closer is concerto for WindEnsemble??
Why did the brass stop playing at the end of the show
yoooooooo good shit - sebastian
Estubo genial :)
That Bass rim click at 10:07 made me rethink my sexuality.
Blake Davis you can't even hear it
What was this recorded with? Finally a video that picks up every bass tone.
Why is it so hard for me to grasp that this was just the year before Tilt?
What's with that Warped Lens at 7:47?
Did they have the same DM in 2014?
What does reuel say in the beginning to call them to attention?
What's that guys name the camera zooms in on at 6:00 ?
2:58 is a perfect entrance.
Still 2nd favorite to kinetic noise
Well the scientists of snarescience havn't trasnscribed it. But all i can say is that it's in 3/4 time sig. So you can figure it out from there.
what does the drumline yell right at the beginning?
Is there a time limit for shows length?
Stormbreaker Corps have to be on and off the field within 15 minutes. If it is longer, judges may or may not give out time penalization but by finals all corps have gotten their timing down and under 15 minutes.
hell yea front!
I love the snare because I'm one
james 9125 no you’re not. You’re just a high schooler that thinks he can drum. When in reality you’re trash
what is the first song I fucking love it
Simon And Garfunkel's America.
The part from 1:34 in this video is at about 1:09 in the original song's video.
I wish they had cymbals because this year I'm playing cymbals so yeah
Ha ha it's zach Lawson lol
Hey! I'm a snare player, but I think you definitely missed some awesome tenor parts at around 8:06 ish.
BLUEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!
9:03 that made me smile :D
Whats the vocal at 4:00?
Does anyone know where you can find snare music for 10:44?
I'm surprised Reuel and Onye didn't lose their voice through the season.
Murica EF YEAH!!!!!
dem bass splits doh
8:36 mistake?
No, that little buzz upbeat is a solo for the center snare.
will there be a video like this for the show tilt?
I hope so! We'll see.
there is. searcg bluecoats 2014 it'll come up
What competition is this? DCI??
who here is watching in 2020
Does any body else think that the part after the quad feature sounds like poke'mon battle music
how the fuck do the quads get that clean... thats just insane
im amazed that they can memorize the whole show, marching and music
Forte not that hard
To me it sounds like "Detail, ready. Forward march"
4:00~
BTW great!
