Nice. But I prefer to make crepes rather than use pasta tubes. Very delicate and so delicious. Learned this from my Sicilian grandma..... Nonna Perrino.
My first time making this, and I was not sure if you are to cook the bacon first? Yes, she was clear she cooked the spinach...I did exactly as she said, and my bacon was raw, and my shells still a bit hard. Sigh...I just wasted all my fresh ingredients and time on this not so good dish. The directions really should be clearer. Remember, Pina, you have some new cooks watching. I knew I should of cooked my bacon first, but I thought she knows what she's doing. 😒
@@Ziederzee1 Well...that was five months ago: I'm over it.😂 It's Farenheit; and well, that does makes a big difference. Thanks. I'm a much better cook now. I appreciate your response. 👍
Wonderful recipe....I use a ziplock bag with the corner cut off to fill the tubes. Much easier & little mess to clean up.
Looks yummy!!
Her spinach looks more like swiss chart with the big white stems ? But Swiss chart or spinach, both are great !
It looks delicious.. can't wait to try this. I was curious does the bacon cook since it's raw and 200 degrees for only 20 minutes?
That's 200 degrees CELSIUS

ALWAYS cook your bacon, and that 200 degrees is in CELSIUS not F.
