Chef I know you've been on holiday, had not seen you up for a while and clicked over and saw that you put up 2 new videos. I just watched your spinach and ricotta cheese cannelloni, this really looked awesome. The reason that I have you featured on my channel is I think that you are probably one of the best chefs that UA-cam has to offer. Yet at the same time unfortunately, one of the most underrated. I applaud not only year culinary abilities but your presentation, and video skills. I would eat a plate of this in a heartbeat. I wish you were more celebrated , you certainly deserve it. When I get a chance to take a look at your other video I certainly will. At the end of the video the music ties in beautifully with your serving of this absolutely delicious looking cannelloni dish. Hello chef! I am going to soon try this; looks tempting. I have a few questions please, they are too basic I am sure but still. (1) Why not roughly chop the spinach first and then saute? (2) What if I do the entire process with the uncooked raw pasta and directly place the prepared dish for bake? Like many other recipes so - will it work?
Hi Chef, what is the pasta tube called? I want to make sure I buy the right one at the supermarket. I looked for cannelloni and manicotti tubes but couldn't find either. Thanks.
