I know it can be overwhelming as a beginner Bullet Journalist to come into this community and be bombarded with new and unfamiliar terminology like Rapid Logging, Migration, Threading, Spreads, and Nesting. I hope this ABCs of BuJo video can serve as a little crash course for all you newbies out there!

Plant Based Bride I know this is an older video, but as I’m just new to this I found it very informative. Under “ U” you could put Utensils - that is the basic requirements to start eg type of pen, book, ruler eraser that you found useful . U could also stand for Useful - make your journal useful to you so you’ll fill it in. For me my garden and grandchildren are important... “V” could stand for Value - the value of journaling as it applies to you in your life not some picture perfect work of art for public display, it is something you can look back on to enjoy, learn from, or improve. Thank you for the tips.
Variety for V because there is a variety of ways the BuJo is used and a variety of people who use it!

U could be unique, because the bullet journal is unique to you. It is a term you used thoughout your information.

Another meaning of Migration, migrating to a new journal! And two obvious ones for P... paper and pens? The debates on the best pens I've seen could be a whole other series! (I'm a Staedtler triplus fineliner fan, myself!) This is beautifully set out, very useful for any bujoer.
X could have 'xls' added to it (referring to a form of online bullet journalling) and v could have 'video plan with me'. A good addition to Z would also be zebra mildliners because I know a lot of new people who are confused when they are brought up. Great video as always!

Hi!! For the letter U, I suggest Unique (every Bujo is unique because every person is different) and Universal (because it works for anybody, provided you have a pen and notebook and is a method you can use for a lifetime!)

Just stumbled into your channel. I'm setting up a system to note taking and journals with Obsidian. Got the Zettelkasten, the traditional journals. And I'm looking for some ways to go back and use pens, pencils, paper... I'm tired of the Digital Convenience.
I will watch several videos from your lovely channel. But I think I already can give something back. I don't know if it would be something for everyone. But you asked about the letter "U". Not universal. But for you could be Uniform. It was a soothing experience to me watching you drawing, the narration of your video. The drawing of the waves... Keep up the awesome and Uniform work. Maybe I'll show my efforts in a few months...
Smearing: When the pen that you're using has an ink that does not immediately dry or sink into the paper, causing the move of your hand across the ink or highlighting afterward to smear the wet ink across the page and pull your hair out.😂

Yes, I was also going to say vacation for V! I’ve seen a lot of people make entire spreads for their vacation planning, and they put things like packing lists, flight information, hotel information, maybe an itinerary, save some spaces for photos etc. ✈️
How about universal for U- it’s used all around the world. I am new here so may not be valid 😃

That’s when the ink spreads away from the lines you drew making the lines look blurry.
Not as helpful because you kept using terms before you defined them...like what the heck is a spread? Well just wait 10 minutes and that will be defined.
