    It’s never the firearm, it’s the shooter. If you can shoot well with one pistol, you can shoot well with any pistol. After 25 years of shooting and training, I have learned that. 🇺🇸👍

      @@j.zhredz I saw another reviewer say aluminum was a stupid choice because it isn’t heavy enough to compensate for the recoil like other SF handguns. At the same time the reviewer was coming from a stand point of competition guns which seems silly…. But bro the way you shoot that thing seems like it would make and excellent carry gun or home defense. I’m curious to know how the polymer frame compares to a 365 X macro, hellcat or G19

    For all around use, definitely the metal. For concealed carry? Shield plus comp all day. And im a big guy. Carrying around the full size metal is going to feel like a cannon after a while. Its makes a full day of iwb carry uncomfortable

    Hey nice content I will say watch your range shooting metal targets, the rounds fly back. I got hit by a round and had to hit the hospital and I was well over 10 yards away. All your metal target have to be angled downward so they hit the ground first.

      Angle down or hanging is recommended but the biggest issue is if you shoot a plate with something that puts a dimple in the steel say a high caliber rifle, the round if it hits it right will send the shrapnel back 180°. A nice little round bowl to fire back at you.

  • @WTGBalla
    @WTGBalla 22 дні тому +4

    I don’t think the difference is as large as you said. I personally think they shoot nearly the same. The metal frame weighs a couple of ounces more but has no polymer flex. The polymer one weighs a little less but has polymer flex which should soak up some of the recoil. What I found is they both have a different recoil impulse. From what I’ve seen some people prefer the metal frame impulse and some prefer the polymer impulse. That’s going to be the biggest difference. I preferred the overall feel and impulse of the metal frame. So I went with the metal frame myself. But if someone wanted to save a little money, I don’t think you should feel bad about that because the guns at least to me, shoot nearly identical. The polymer frame will also conceal a bit easier as well. Which is something to consider if it’s for edc

    • @j.zhredz
      @j.zhredz  22 дні тому +1

      i dont know but for me personally the metal frame shot so much better and recoil was more manageable. everyone has their preferences but your right the polymer is easier to conceal and is cheaper which is a huge plus when thinking about a carry gun 💪🏼

    • @joshuadjan
      @joshuadjan 11 днів тому +1

      The slides are the same so there should be very little difference. We’re talking a slight weight difference and grip length. I think he’s saying the polymer recoils harder because he’s able to get a better grip on the metal frame…probably has larger hands.

Stippling, double under cuts, thumb grip to rest your thumb on, flare mag well, fluted barrel , cut for an optic, and let’s not forget about the comp. They also have a policy where if you have a justified shoot they will replace the gun or let you borrow the same gun until you get yours back from the cops. The price to do all those upgrades to a Glock will set you way over the price of the cr920p. I understand it’s a cookie cutter gun.
