Thanks guys for this vid, it's the best one I found on the kong vault. I'm learning this at 49 and I'm really scared ha ha ha!

I clipped my foot...bloody knee now. Well, I prefer to stick to safety vaults at my age. I can manage crossing about anything I need to jump with this anyway.

That's sick, making the punch kong wait until the split step is well under control has to be a good approach!

I got some new ways to explain and teach from this and I have been teaching Parkour since 2009 🙏
    Great work!

This reminded me of on the plane with the flight attendants demonstrating while someone is talking

Thank you very much for this tutorial. I am a fresh begginer at parkour and i feel this helps. I am learning the Kong y began this progresion this week and I am stuck at "Step 2 Hip Lift" because i cannot get high hips, i cannot get them even at head level. If that is the case should i consider to do Step 2 on a lower obstacle? or which height is ideal for this step? I would thank you any tip you could help me at this step :)

This is very helpful to me , all things i have to know about Split method of the kong is here , and i have my power jump since last january , and i hate it cuz it stop my forward motion for a second and limit my reach on a double kong...

Awesome. Any chance you could include footage of students who have learned with this method?

Just find wich of your foot is more comfortable to do kong. The kick thing doesn't make sens in my perception cause i use the same for both.

Waaaait, you don't teach launching off from both feet? Knowing how to launch from either foot is very important skills in an actual extreme situation requiring parkour.

I'm just starting parkour and this is the 1 move I want to master. It looks like pure class.
