  • The new Hart 3 in 1 wet/dry vacuum and extractor is a mighty little tool. I has many people talking about it. It can be used as a wet and dry vacuum as well as a fabric and carpet or upholstery extractor. It holds 6 gallons of liquid and comes with many attachments. At a recent price decrease to $65 from Walmart it’s a bargain for what you get.

    I was wondering why Hart vacuums were making the rounds didn’t even realize it was a shampooer!!
    Unrelated: it might interest you that 3D products has a foaming waterless wash on their site that allegedly works on everything inside and out. Might be a very fun way to foam down the car for a rinseless wash.

    I use the Rug Doctor Pro at my detail shop, it's setup to connect to hot water tap so no need to refill it and large tank so only empty when I'm done installing jobs.
    I may buy this one to give a review and to keep as a backup.

      I found it on Walmart website or app it got shipped in less than a week but it’s not on sale for $60-80 it’s at 140 plus taxes (13 and some change) and if you want the warranty plan there was an $18 option 2 years and a $22 for 3 years it came out to $180 with free shipping, I think that’s still pretty inexpensive considering it’s 3 in 1

    Would you recommend this for someone trying to start a detailing business? As a extracter. Also Do you think it could also replace my rigid vac how does it pick up?

    • @DetailingBreakdown
      @DetailingBreakdown  2 роки тому +2

      Listen, in my opinion, for $65 this thing is a winner. It’s a wet n dry vac, and those 2 modes work well. It holds 6 gallons of liquid. Along with that, it has an extraction setting( well it sprays liquid and the vacuum sucks it back out). A stain is really removed before extraction. It’s pretreated and scrubbed then the extraction sucks that stain out. Will this be good for doing 10 interiors a day..no. 1-2 interiors sure thing. I don’t know how long the motor will last but Walmart will always take it back within 90 days if something happens. If u break it after 90 days and you have done 10 cars with it, then u should easily have made 20x your money on it(easy). I think if you are starting out and don’t have a budget for a big extractor then this is excellent.

      😆 oh wow, I was hoping a little higher rating, but I appreciate the honesty! Yea I totally get what you mean, you always get what you pay for. Reason I asked is because I hardly ever need an extractor since 90% of my clients have leather seats, and or rubber floor mats so if we ever get stains on fabric we just spot treat them and no problem so I wanted weigh out my options and see if I did need a Mytee for those situations or get by with something like this.

      I bought one for me when it was $99. Then it went on sale for $75. They would only refund me half the difference from online purchase even though it wasn’t delivered yet( price was dropping fast). They told me to take it in and return it then reorder if I wanted the difference. So I did just that and when I ordered a second time it was $65. I then gave that away as a present.
